We visited this cinema for the first time, because it had been recommended by a friend. The prices are reasonable, the seating is very comfortable. There are local dining places and it is close to Walsall town centre for additional dining options. We will use this cinema again.

So glad there's finally a decent cinema closer to my local area. Seating is extremely plush and comfy, great selection of films with regular showing times and the cleanliness of the screens is great with no popcorn stuck to your feet. Also not as expensive as other cinemas which is a massive plus.

We entered the cinema and tried to buy our tickets on one of the machines and as soon we inserted the debit card it immediately said that there was an error. When we gave our tickets to the woman/man who was sitting checking we have our tickets she said screen 4 so we went into screen 4. When we arrived in there we noticed there were people sitting in our bought seats and there was a problem with their network. So we just sat down on empty seats that werent taken. When the film started it was a whole different film so we got so angry and we looked at our tickets and it said screen 7 so we were furious we dashed round to screen 7 and we had missed like 10 mins of the film we wanted to watch so we blamed some people for sitting in seats that werent even ours and at the end of the film we were 50% happy and 50% angry. They definitely need to make sure they have staff and proper machines to buy tickets from that wont let your down but overall we had a fantastic time except from those misplaced things that happened i woupd recommend you try this cinema we have been before and it been fantastic we hope you try out this cinema and enjoy it and dont have the problems we had!

Went there to see Fantastic beasts back in November I think. Ordered E-tickets online a few days before and showed them at the desk. Staff were really friendly,

Seating is SUPER comfortable, even have a drinks holders.
Floors were a bit sticky and didn't seem to have been cleaned between showings, so the squelching got annoying.

We brought slushies before the film started, which if I recall came to around £10 (give or take) for 2 large tango mixed slushies. Couldn't believe it, but it was that or slowly die of thirst.
Would definitely go again though, beats the other local cinemas.

Not only does this venue have all the usual film screenings one would expect but also links with National Theatre Live (NTL) to screen live productions from the West End!!!

Have been here a few times now and keep coming back, its great to actually have some leg room and be comfortable while watching a movie.

If you go to the first showing then its £5 per person which is a bargain.
I have always found it clean and tidy and the staff are polite too.

This is a great cinema with comfortable seats and reasonably good parking. Wide choice of shows and easy to book on-line. Just hope more people find out about it.

Have visited the light cinema several times and it's the best cinema around here the quality of the screens and seating is so comfortable, the cinema is lienced so you can enjoy a drink thru your film and also they offer free refills if you buy a large drink or popcorn which is very gd value.

I and a friend went recently here to see Beauty and the Beast and what a lovely experience. The cinema is so clean everywhere, the friendliest staff, asking randomly if we were ok. The seating the most comfortable I've ever experienced anywhere in the West Midlands! The welcome speech in person at the beginning of the film a good thought. The popcorn, drinks, tickets etc are priced same as other cinemas but if you're in a delightful clean friendly place you don't mind, can't wait to go again.

2nd visit to this cinema and I love it. Comfy seats, you can take alcoholic drinks in and the welcome/instructions from an actual person gives it a more customer based experience. The surround sound system seems really good. It's been clean and tidy on our visits. Good bar/cafe and plenty of other places to eat. Car park always seems to be full, it's easier to park across the road.

The cinema is great overall. However i would go to the showcase down the road on more occasions as the cinema screen rooms are so dirty. The cleaners need a kick up the ****. Each time i have visited the seats have been filthy and the floors full of food and sticky. To add the ice blasts are just ice theirs hardly any juice so you cant actually drink it you have to eat it or wait for it all to melt which makes it flat

Went to watch beauty and beast, booked online and printed tickets

Cinema was busy so glad we booked, Bit of a queue waiting for popcorn etc, would suggest you leave plenty of time , not many staff serving.
WEnt through easily to cinema showing.

Seat comfy , clean , plenty of room, was pleasantly surprised.

Good value for money , went to 11.00am showing at reduced rate .

As an Infinity member I've visited the Cinema numerous times over the last year - it's definitely the best cinema in the area!!

This was the first visit with kids - fun was had by all.

The seating is super comfy, the snacks and drinks are great and the screens are perfect.

Comfortable seating giving great visibility, VERY helpful staff, some really exciting live 'cultural' programmes.

Plenty of eating places to make up a smashing inexpensive night out.

A bit of good news for Walsall

Really, what's not to like?

Thought we'd give this cinema a go for a change as it's cheaper in the daytime than our other local cinema (£5 a ticket - bargain!)
I have to say, it was a great experience. We literally had screen 8 to ourselves! It was very quiet, although it was a Friday mid- morning ... We literally just walked straight in, grabbed a (very nice) coffee from the bar, and then we were directed to our screen by a helpful attendant. The seats were very comfortable with nice soft arm rests. Picture quality was excellent and not too overloaded with adverts and countless trailers. We will definitely be returning here!
The only thing I would say is the parking is a bit steep, not the cinemas fault really but maybe they could incorporate a discounted parking rate for customers?
