Made a mistake on booking so tried in vain to see if I could get to watch the film a day later. Eventually got in touch with the manager Andy and he sorted it. First class customer service!

Brilliant cinema been coming here regularly with my partner since it first opened. Only downside is that there's no free parking.

My first visit yesterday, & I must say, 'impressive' a fair ticket price & the auditorium itself was well planned, with seating going up in rows, so no matter how big someone's head is in front, you'll get to see all the screen. £2 to park for 3 hours not bad either. The only downside, maybe they should put some seating or comfy sofas along the corridors upstairs as folk were just standing around for ages. And they got plenty of space up there. Overall, nice experience, will be going again.

Cinema is great, but parking is pay and display, so have to guess how long you will be... Had to leave before film ended as I guessed wrong... Either need to tell you time film ends or have parking pay on exit!

Best standard seats in any Midlands cinemas, including everyman and the electric in Birmingham.
Good value and nice bar too.

Richard is a great manager, always very polite,food and drink a little overpriced ,but the one thing I would love to see is the counters upstairs being used so we don't have to waste time going all the way down for snacks and drinks

Ive to this cinema a number of times since it opened and Ive always had a good experience. Its clean, has comfy seats and the staff are friendly.
So why 4 stars not 5 you may ask, well that is because of the parking. People who use the cinema shouldnt have to pay for parking. Why cant they reimburse tickets inside. The free parking over the road in the crown wharf car park after 6pm has STOPPED. Its 24hr charges now.
