Staff were polite, friendly, very helpful, from behind bar, to man scanning our tickets for cinema, to when we came out.Venue clean & fresh looking, screen/room just right size, seats comfortable, if not have bad back ha.Toilets clean, a little gem.

I came to watch D-day and it was my first time visiting. I thought the cinema screen I was in was clean and I had a comfortable experience. I like the artwork they currently have near the entrance. There are little paintings of the films that are out/coming out soon. :)

Friendly staff, clean good choice of films, bar and pizza place. I took my daughter to twilight showing and a staff member used her staff discount for my daughter, literally they go above and beyond never had a bad experience. Quiet as well never had anyone cause any issues during film. Great place

We went for National Cinema weekend so tickets were only £3. The popcorn is a bit overpriced but the portions are good, and for an extra £1.50 you can add (very few) M&Ms on top. The staff were nice and the seats clean.

While the general experience was good with friendly staff, unfortunately many of the seats in the area we were seated were in very poor condition with dirty marks are large rips

Nice cinema, but the nachos are a rip off. We go here pretty regularly, and last time the large nachos were only half full. We got 2, and it was the same on both. Before, you used to be able to get 2 sauces (2 tubs, of one type, or 2 types) plus jalapeños on the nachos. Now, the jalapeños count as one tub. Shame, would be 5 stars otherwise.

Good cinema however I could not help but notice that for Spiderman brand new day the ticket price is 14.95 whereas the tickets for mutiny is 11.95. This is the first time I've seen this at the light cinema. Will have to be more careful when booking cinema tickets from now on it seems.

Went to watch spiderman. Nice range of ice cream. Seats were comfy and temperature whilst watching the film was good.

Although they show the very latest movies I got the chance to watch a favourite from the 80s. Who framed Roger Rabbit. On a side note, parking is easier as your number plate is scanned as you enter, so you pay as you leave.

We come here for our autistic son, as this cinema is great for relaxed viewings.
There is a great staff presence too, they are really friendly and I love how the have older movies sometimes too.

Always have a great visit at the light , staff are always friendly and helpful. Except for tonight , we went to a special screening of spiderman . Teenagers were running in and out all the way through the film , spoiled the movie completely. Shame 🫠

Neice had a lil trip and dropped her popcorn everywhere. A staff member Phil was the coolest dude ever, got extra popcorn for her and made her laugh. Top service thanks to Phil. Overall all of the staff were great.

The Light Walsall is a clean, modern, and welcoming cinema with comfortable seating, friendly staff, and good food and drinks.
