Love coming here since it opened, always seem to be plenty of seats when I arrive. Taken my business from Cineworld in Bentley Bridge, mainly because of that

£24 for an adult + child. For me this is way too much and not encouraging the world to go to the cinema more. Vue is £10 for an adult + child. Is Walsall Light Cinema that much better to warrant £14 more ? Absolutely not.
It's a shame because everything else is great...apart from food/drink prices but most avoid buying in the cinema these days. Staff were great and no problems with the showing.
Reduce your prices please.

The Light is genuinely the best cinema chain around. The mix of new and older films, the bar, the food, the seats. Very blessed to have one in Walsall.

This was our second visit to The Light Walsall. Me and my friend were greeted by Ian who was so helpful in assisting us with where we had to go he had a lovely welcoming smile on his face which was so nice to see. We were then helped by Adam who again was so friendly and welcoming, Adam gave us some info about different events that happen at the light that we didn’t know about which was great and we had a great convo about retro games! Adam went above and beyond for us helping take our food to our screen so we didn’t miss the start! Cannot thank Adam enough for this so kind and caring just superb customer service! We also was served drinks by macee, who greeted us with a lovely smile and sorted our cups and drinks! These three staff members made our evening such a positive experience and a very welcoming environment. Cannot thank Ian, Adam and Macee enough!

Going here wasn’t just to watch a movie, it was an experience! The workers that announce the movies are always entertaining and optimistic. The small restaurant in there does a great vanilla ice cream and nachos. I would highly recommend the tango iceblast to enjoy during the movie. I went here to watch ‘ How To Train Your Dragon’ live action. It was truly amazing. Cannot beg you enough to go here!!!

Really like the Cinema and staff. However there are far to many disrespectful people that ruin the experience when trying to watch what you have paid for. 3 times in a row now and i dont think ill be returning as the disruption is beyond ridiculous.

Really nice place. Only slight dislike is that the seats are a bit uncomfortable compared to cineworld, which had reclining seats and surround view. But no big deal!

Really enjoyable family film. The staff here are always so helpful and patient. We had a lovely pizza afterwards, whilst playing board games. Really good night out.

The girl that was checking tickets was awesome today, asked which was better MEGAN 2 or 28 Years Later. She went way above in helping me choose and her customer service was awesome! Thanks again!

One of the first times I have encountered a problem with this cinema my ticket purchase had been authorised on the website but the website crashed so I had no ticket. Do not know why I worried with these guys, always known them to be friendly and caring and it is the first time I really needed them apart from to tell me what screen I'm in! They did not let me down, put me at ease said we could try and find booking and printed ticket manually for me. Might be a simple thing I just like how efficient, friendly, it is not a problem they made it.

My friend and I went to TheLight -Walsall to see the latest Tom Cruise film and maybe his last in the series. We didn't have any food, but we each had hot drinks, so we can't comment on the food available.

Absolutely love it here! We try and watch a film at least twice a month. There’s so much to do. Food is always lovely and it’s much cheaper and better quality than Vue cinema.
