I like the Light Walsall, but prices rising very fast here. An adult ticket is now £13.95 for an off peak daytime show. Cinema in Sutton is £8.25 (and newly refurbished, so a like for like experience) for an adult off peak for same movie and day/time. So it's £5.70 more expensive per adult in Walsall. Quickly adds up for a family. Explains why Sutton is often sold out, whilst Walsall is almost empty. Perhaps management should check their competitors.

An excellent cinema experience.
Walsall light has new films and also does Rewind, where they play older classic and cult films.
The staff are friendly and helpful. On one occasion they accommodated our request to see an earlier showing of a film where we had already booked tickets for later in the evening.
The cinema has a bar which serves a great range of drinks. They also do their own pizzas, and on Wednesdays they do a deal on pizza and a movie.
In addition to pizza, they also do the snacks, pick n mix, popcorn and drinks you would usually have at the cinema.
The theatres, bar area and toilets are nice and clean.
This is a good place to go to just see a film or to make a real night out of it.

Lovely cinema. Clean and interesting things to do. There is a little area where you can pay £2 to play games on many consoles. The pizza is good, and the screens are great. Amazing place for a date or day out.

Nice cinema. Comfy seating. Nice personal introduction to the film by a member of staff who also requests that the audience refrain from using their mobile phones, what a breath of fresh air it is not to be surrounded by Mobile phones lighting everything up around you. They're are menace. Great sound and visuals. You can't beat the cinema if people behave themselves 😁

Went to see wicked and was jolly surprised over the selection of food and drinks you could have for the movie. From the typical fizzy sodas to milkshakes, to even drinks served by a bartender.
The seats are comfortable as well and it felt clean as well. If anything, it was a bit difficult finding a toilet. Great way to spend a Sunday!

The cinema area is good with several screens. However, it is mixed in with a café which is a bit odd, and can delay service at the till. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately you have to pay to park using very tiresome parking meters, though it is right by the cinema.

Best place in Walsall. Where else can you hear live music in the bar area, drink alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, popcorn, hotdogs and sweets. Then take your goodies into your chosen and actually feel safe.

We went to watch Mufasa last night and the film went off for about 10 minutes, staff were amazing and let us know it was a technical difficulty. Half the people walked out to get a refund and went home. We stayed and waited and the film came on and we all got free popcorn and a full refund at the end of the film. Excellent service from all the staff especially a young man called Blessing!

Easy to book online. We went at quiet early afternoon time in the week. There were only 5 others in the screen. Very comfortable seats.
