Served by Ben and Gavin on my recent visit. Both super helpful and cheery and made me feel at home. Real nice folks. I usually don't get this kind of service when I go to the cinema but they went above and beyond.

Always a pleasure to visit the light for a cinema night. Cosy screens and never too packed you feel stuck in. Reasonable deals on in theatre snacks and drinks too

What a great venue, perfect sound & picture quality & very comfy seats & very polite & helpful staff.
The Hendrix Documentary film was excellent & im so glad I went to see it on the big screen & it was shown on the 54th anniversary of the passing of the great man himself Jimi Hendrix.
It was my first time at the Light but I’ll be back again very soon.

Really enjoyed our visit here, unique movie line ups. Great selection of snacks and the freshest, tastiest salted pop corn I've had in years.

Excellent cinema. The staff are just excellent: they're quirky, friendly, funny and try to ensure customers have a good time. Rooms are well-sized, clean and chairs are comfy. Toilets large and clean.
In general, visits have been highly enjoyable. There have been the odd occasions with idiots messing around.
As extras, they have the following: an area that serves food; event days such as console gaming.
Public parking directly outside that can be paid for on an app.

Great new cinema , kept fresh and clean, good comfortable seating with screens always visible from the steeper layout. Only little gripe is no free car park , slow service at snack counter when busy. It's always my first choice though, self service ticket machines are available.

The self-service ticket machine are gone.
It's a cashless venue now, that sucks.
Screen two just doesn't offer a crisp image and has screen tension marks at the bottom that nobody is fixing. Off putting viewing experience.
The price has gone up.
The disabled toilets always have a broken hand dryer!
There isn't enough hand wash in the normal toilets either, when busy.
No refills on ice-crush drink.
On busy days the lobby is unaccommodating and you can't wait upstairs.
Staff are friendly and polite.
Its nice to see some old reruns on the big screen.
Cleanliness and cinema chair comfort is still really good.

Great cinema. Big screens, comfy seats with leg room and staff are all polite and friendly. Bar has a great selection of drinks and pizzas reasonable prices. Really recommend this cinema. Paid parking but I only paid £2 on the big car park so not expensive at all.

Decent cinema, prices are cheaper than at my local cinema but the seats are not as comfy and not a great deal of leg room. Staff member was friendly!

Good cinema with comfy seats and friendly staff. Concession offered for blue light card holders. The only slight criticism is having to pay for parking. It would be great if the cinema validated parking tickets for their customers.

Great cinema. We got a pizza before and the staff were really nice a d couldn't do enough. Not a cheap cinema on a Saturday night but that is understandable.
