The Light I've been too a few times and always had good service.
I went there last Saturday to watch the new movie about the American Samoa football team - it's a great movie I advise you watch it.
I purchased a QR code ticket and waited for my turn in the line - they were quite busy which is fair enough.
The team member seemed bored and grumpy - and when I said I had a QR code she sighed heavily and reached down for the scanner. This to me is bad service - but some people have bad days especially in hospitality.
I additionally purchased nachos and a tango ice blast - the ice blast you do yourself which is a great way if all the machines were working properly. The cup was slammed down onto the table Infront of me, and the nachos were poor. Stale, with a small amount of cheese and salsa - most of them were plain nachos which don't taste nice.
All in all, I liked the movie and I got what I wanted out of my visit - however if you are ordering food just expect it to be very expensive and not the greatest quality.

Decided to treat ourselves to a trip to the cinema. Went to watch Wonka, yes I we liked it.
The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful.
Wasn't the nearest cinema to us but been before and the prices are good but also clean and comfortable.

Ad fab time , really Christmas feel , lots of Christmas films for all ages , bargain tickets 3 each for early films, defo begoing back

Good cinema. Easy to book tickets online and then scan your emailed QR code which contains your tickets. The seats are comfortable and have holders for wine glasses, drinks and snacks. There's a nice touch of a real person standing in front of the screen just before the film starts telling you to enjoy the show, silence your mobile phone and remember to put your rubbish in the bin on the way out.

Have visited a few times over the years and we always come away saying we don't know why we don't visit more often! The staff are all so friendly and the facilities are fantastic. Really comfortable seating in the cinema and lots of squishy sofas etc dotted around on each level. Food and drinks are better quality and more varied than other cinema chains. My favourite thing though has been the different family events they put on throughout the year. We brought our children to the polar express pyjama party on Christmas eve and it was absolutely wonderful! So reasonably priced too at only £30 for a family of five. It is definitely our new years resolution to visit more often!

Been to this cinema a few times (recently for Wonka) and always impressed. Very modern screens with comfy, wide seats and you get a decent view. Staff are friendly and there's always a nice little intro from them before the start of the film. Took my children to see the polar express pj party and we loved it. The atmosphere was amazing, they received a golden ticket and a chocolate on arrival. All staff were super friendly and helpful. They received a bell at the end of the film (Very wise move as they'd have been ringing them throughout the film) but a nice little surprise to end the trip
