Clean, family friendly and has some of the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. I went to see free guy with my girlfriend here and we will definitely be going again.

A wonderful young gentleman named Seth, who ironically looks exactly like Seth Rogan, made my experience go from amazing to perfect.

Couldn't ask for more.

The new go too cinema now that showcase is gone. Really is a nice place and it’s being with family and having a laugh that makes it fun.

Even though covid restrictions are all but lifted, I still felt safe here. Spacious, room to move and keep 2m gap from people with sevens still up for staff.
Cinema itself, we were day with empty seats between groups of people.
I enjoyed my visit.

Good value for money. Usually 30min of ads before the film starts so don't worry if you're a little late. Comfy seats with cup holders and little tables. Parking infront but you have to pay. They do cheap kids films on Saturday mornings and half terms. There is an elevator to get you to the screens as they're on the 1st floor, or you can take the stairs or escalators. Card only at the moment. They accept CEA cards but most don't understand that it's the carer that gets in free not the disabled person so just explain this at the till before paying. Their website is really easy to use and also accepts CEA cards just remember to take it with you as they may want to check. Big selection of snacks & lots of ice-cream flavours!

We usually go in school holidays and use the meerkat deal on a Tue or Wed. The staff are nice & the seats are comfortable. The parking is a bit expensive though. 🙂

The place itself is good but looking a bit worn and tired in some areas, the self service ticket machine was out of use when I last visited.

Well what can I say!! What an eventful trip. Me and my friend visited with our two year olds for Paw Patrol. Our boys were very excited and took a dash to the escalators, before I could get in place to supervise them, They both took a tumble and fell backwards, drinks and food went everywhere. One landed on their head abs ended up with a cut, both were on absolute tears.
It was terrifying, i thought I wasn’t going to stop them falling. A member of staff hit the emergency button, another member of staff (Tom) came flying up the stairs to help. He was insistent on getting the boys down and checking they’re ok. He was totally reassuring that the mess id just created was easily sorted, but the boys were priority.
Albany, another member of staff, came over with a first aid kit to clean up the head cut, thankfully it was minor.
Tom even got some drawings and pictures to keep them occupied while we were checking them over.
Albany, was awesome, calming and friendly.
After the boys were sorted, we decided to carry on up to watch the film…..this time we took the stairs.
Albany and Tom replaced all our food and drinks that were lost in the accident, bringing them into the screen so we didn’t miss anymore of the movie.
Afterwards, they were there to help keeping the boys occupied again while we completed accident reports, there was colouring, certificates and balloons.
I am super grateful that you have such helpful empathetic staff, they were incredibly reassuring and took away the stress from the whole situation. Best customer service I’ve experienced with a cinema chain. We will definitely be returning.
Thanks Albany and Tom! We hope you get a raise!!! Xx
