On one of visit seating chair had no cover hurt my leg with sharp metal. I reported incident to management. I hope they'll be careful in future. I was never offered any compensation or free ticket. :(

We were there on Wednesday with our grandaughter, and had a great time seeing Cinderella.. Once again it was really clean, including the disabled loos. I've got to say the staff are always friendly, but I must say Philip seems to love his job every time we go. He's so happy and friendly. He's a credit to you. Keep it up guys. Happy Christmas and we'll see you in the new year

He was able to help with some online ticket booking issues and was very patient and helpful during the process. Will definitely be making this the main cinema to attend for all movies now. Excellent service and atmosphere

Cannot fault the Light Cinema or its staff. Always friendly, helpful and polite. The venue is always clean, very comfortable seats and a great choice of food and drinks.

Our small theatre school recently hired Screen 2 at The Light Cinema Walsall. Emmett, Ryan, Anton, Tom and everyone at The Light bent over backwards to make sure our event went smoothly. We have never been so well looked after by any venue and I can't think I've ever had such good customer service. They went way more than the extra mile for us.
We would like to say a big thank you to Emmett and the team and publicly commend The Light Walsall to any group/company who wants to show their work on the big screen. It was amazing and our students and their families loved it. We've had nothing but positive feedback from them. Thank you everyone at The Light Walsall for making it happen. God bless!

Very nice cinema. Really modern. Looks fantastic! Nice bar and restaurant area, and they even have seating areas just outside the screens, with comfy sofas and even retro arcade cocktail cabinets that you can play classics like pacman and 1942 on for free!! Screens are huge too and the sound and picture quality is superb!! Friendly staff too, and best of all, they have showings at 10am, so parents can watch films they might not get the chance to otherwise see, while the kids are at school. We'll definitely be going back!!

Saw live theatre recording of Anything Goes. The cast list handouts and "red carpet" were a nice touch! Great cinema experience, almost as good as seeing the show for real at the theatre.

The cinema is very nice and clean. It's situated in the wharf retail park so plenty of attractions to visit before or after if you want a meal to eat. You can also park here for a small fee

Can't fault the actual screen and seating, which was very comfortable. And the beer was reasonably priced. BUT the toilets were gross - one was locked and the other was blocked. Felt 😫. Had been reported apparently and just told to use others. And as expected the snacks and soft drinks are crazy expensive. Seems most people were bringing their own, which is what I'll do next time - although I'll maybe go without so I don't have to use the loo!!!
