It's so big and roomy plus it's a shame because it was emty, clean though same as the toilet paper on the floor really the only thing to be picky about, snacks pricey I took my own, probably be a long time before we go again,đ

We usually go in school holidays and use the meerkat deal on a Tue or Wed. The staff are nice & the seats are comfortable. The parking is a bit expensive though. đ

Really nice! Much better than the Showcase was. Just a shame about paying to park. But lovely staff and a very nice layout. Definitely going back....note early mornings are cheaper đ

Friendly staff but inefficient service setup. Ordered food online but was told to join the (long) order queue to receive our food. There was noone waiting in the collection queue! The bottom of the screen in screen 2 is wavy, affecting the picture.

Well what can I say!! What an eventful trip. Me and my friend visited with our two year olds for Paw Patrol. Our boys were very excited and took a dash to the escalators, before I could get in place to supervise them, They both took a tumble and fell backwards, drinks and food went everywhere. One landed on their head abs ended up with a cut, both were on absolute tears.
It was terrifying, i thought I wasnât going to stop them falling. A member of staff hit the emergency button, another member of staff (Tom) came flying up the stairs to help. He was insistent on getting the boys down and checking theyâre ok. He was totally reassuring that the mess id just created was easily sorted, but the boys were priority.
Albany, another member of staff, came over with a first aid kit to clean up the head cut, thankfully it was minor.
Tom even got some drawings and pictures to keep them occupied while we were checking them over.
Albany, was awesome, calming and friendly.
After the boys were sorted, we decided to carry on up to watch the filmâŚ..this time we took the stairs.
Albany and Tom replaced all our food and drinks that were lost in the accident, bringing them into the screen so we didnât miss anymore of the movie.
Afterwards, they were there to help keeping the boys occupied again while we completed accident reports, there was colouring, certificates and balloons.
I am super grateful that you have such helpful empathetic staff, they were incredibly reassuring and took away the stress from the whole situation. Best customer service Iâve experienced with a cinema chain. We will definitely be returning.

Me and my friends come to the cinema in Walsall often.. Good beer good food and nice seats what else do you really need?!
We came to watch black widow but after being served by josh and hearing his recommendation on suicide squad we quickly changed our minds. We werenât disappointed. I wanna add iv never met anyone in customer service whoâs personality was so positive. Asset to the business and a real nice chap looking forward to venom 2

I'd like to leave a review for a guy called Phillip who works here.
I went with 3 of my grandchildren to watch a movie. Unfortunately the youngest was sick and this guy was soo helpful. He helped clean up, got me items to help myself and granddaughter get clean, offered water, reassured us not to worry and even sat with my other grandchildren so they weren't nervous to watch last ten minutes of the film. Brilliant service and I highly recommend the venue. Thank you very much Philip
