After having won the excellent fortnightly film quiz, I left my debit card and power bank. Went back the next day, and despite the busy period the staff took the time to help me find my belongings.

Tip top customer service that is reflective of the high quality experience you can consistently get there.

I can't remember names but it was two chaps who were on duty midday on Mon the 2nd of March.

We usually go in the school holidays and use the meerkat deal on a Tue or Wed.
The staff are nice & the seats are comfortable.
They have a retro gaming night on Friday evenings.
The parking is a bit expensive though. πŸ™‚

Over priced cinema. Cost Β£40 for 2 adults and a child, seats weren't recliner or anything special. We didnt get food so cant comment on that. But for the money youre better off going to an odeon luxe.

My favorite spot to have some quality time to reset and relax. I go here 2-4 times every week, unless I've watched everything ha. Staff are amazing, extremely welcoming and always smiling. Love this cinema, important part of my life and routine. Wouldn't change a thing. Keep it up πŸ˜πŸ‘

We had an amazing experience on the 31st of January, I can't thank Josh, Blessing and Emmit enough for their help in making 3 little girls very happy indeed. I can't thank you all enough for helping to make our experience at the cinema just all round amazing day out and we are all very much looking forward to watching more movies in the future at the light cinema.

Brilliant cinema. They show all the current releases plus some of the all-time greats, as well as plays, musicals, and other special events. The food options are much better than any cinema I've been to as well. Plus they run retro gaming and quiz nights. It's a real community asset.

Nice cinema. Clean and comfortable seats. I tend to watch films on the later viewings. Never had a problem here.

Nice enough cinema to catch a film, they do morning showings and accept Meerkat codes so that makes them alright in my book. Good screen and sound, fairly comfortable seating, reasonable prices.

There's a decent sized carpark outside, but I didn't use it after reading many horror stories about the operators scamming motorists.

Great service except the bald, short bloke scanning tickets. Didn't seem to want to help and watch a woman with a walking stick struggle. The rest of the staff were spot on and great with service

Everything is great, nice retro feeling cinema with great service. The only problem as the guy scanning tickets. One was polite, the short, bald bloke....not so much. Rude as hell to my partner. Other than that I would rate all the rest of the staff very highly

Had a wonderful experience this morning with a delightful member of staff by the name of Blessing. He is friendly, charming, well presented, and a credit to the company. And he makes perfect coffee!

He was chatty and interested in what we had to say and cheered up my friend's little boy with a complimentary box of popcorn. He didn't have to do that, he went above and beyond to make our experience a wonderful one.

Keep hold of Blessing, he's a gem! And to Blessing, you are a wonderful human being. Thank you so much!

We arrived to watch polar express with the kids only to find out I'd booked the wrong day. However a staff member (Blessen) stepped up and sorted everything for us saving a Christmas eve crisis!
Super kind and helpful, he didn't make a fuss just stepped up.

First class service from a top class man

Thank you

A good cinema and lovely staff. The only complaint is finding parking can be a pain but I can’t blame them for being popular!
Everything is in one place and tickets are cheap enough.
On my first visit 11 year old dropped their popcorn and Emily at the counter very kindly gave her a new bag free of charge! Since then this has been my go to cinema. Comfortable seats, good screens and a lovely atmosphere.
