What’s On in Sudbury – November 2016

Beginning on November 25, there will be an Advent Calendar on display with a difference.  Churches Together will have an Advent Art Trail displaying art in shops and businesses in Sudbury.  Maps of the trail will be available from Sudbury Library, Kingfisher Leisure Centre, No. 72 North Street and Sudbury Town Hall.

It's the Sudbury Town Council organised firework display at The Delphi Centre. November 6 starting at 6.30pm with free entry.

Two Autumn Concerts in St. Peter’s in November; the Sudbury Choral Society on November 20 and Sudbury Symphony Orchestra on November 27.  When no events are taking place in St. Peters, it is normally open between 11am and 3pm and all visitors are welcome.

Christmas Light Switch On and Fair will be on Friday November 26 at 6.30pm.  Christmas shopping gets into full swing; with stalls and lots going on including Santa’s Grotto, adult and children’s rides.

In the morning of November 26 from 9.30am Sudbury Farmers Market will be in St. Peter’s and during the Christmas Light Switch On in the evening there will be more stalls in the church.

Sudbury Musical Society are putting on Half a Sixpence at the Quay Theatre between November 16 and 19, a perfect antidote to any November blues!

Why not try something new this November with a free taster session at Sudbury Bowls Club indoor rink in Quay Lane.  Whether you are 9 or 90 you will be welcome to have a go with a qualified coach.  For more information contact Susan on 07582 161566 or email sudburybowlsclub@gmail.com
