There's quite a lot going on this month, so I've done a bit of digging to find some of my faves. It's not an exhaustive list, but I thought it might give you a few ideas if you're wondering what to do
We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful bespoke memorial created for my dad. The attention to detail, from the tree and portrait carving to the personal poem, is absolutely incredible. It’s a truly beautiful and meaningful tribute. Thank you so much to the whole team
A great experience on both visits. First for a shoulder scan and Bradie explained everything in detail as he went along. Second visit was for steroid/ local anaesthetic injection into the shoulder joint. Bradie is very professional but also very approachable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
I was recommended to Bradie. Needed further investigation using ultrasound scan to aid a diagnosis on my knee. This has helped me focus on remaining physically active with advice and forward planning with Bradie guiding me while waiting to see an NHS consultant.
I am well on the way to recovery post surgery on my knee and have now being working with Alex.
He has helped me go from staying at work to now managing a program of strength and conditioning which has me running pain free as well as stopping surgery on my other knee.
Nice restaurant. Food was good with plenty of choices. Specials Menu was available to add more choices. Service was excellent.
Prices were also reasonable, and wine list was attractive with plenty of choice.
With age comes wisdom. Apparently not. When it comes to injuries, I just ignore it and hope for the best.
Life would be so much easier if I sort the advice of physio motive when the injury starts.
Alex this time, and once again, diagnosed the injury, exercises and advice issued, follow up treatment, and back to training pain free.
