New Positive Psychology Business Moves to Sudbury to help overcome Phobias, Stress and Depression
To celebrate moving her ‘Thrive with Sue’ business to Sudbury, Thrive Programme Consultant, Sue Tetley is holding an open morning at the Gainsborough Therapy Rooms on Saturday 5th November between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm. Sue invites business and the local community to pop in for cakes, drinks and chat with her to learn more about the Thrive Programme. Sue is the latest professional to join the team at the Gainsborough Therapy Rooms, owned by Hypnotherapist Benjamin Ryan and event planner Harold Spengler
Sue is one of hundreds of Thrive Programme Consultants across the world, offering applied positive psychology training as an alternative approach to therapy and counselling in helping to overcome fears, phobias, anxiety, depression and anything that is stopping individuals enjoying their lives. Sue splits her time between working as a paediatric oncology nurse and running her own business. She became a Thrive Programme Consultant after going through the programme herself several years ago.
Sue says “This is a fantastic programme that can help individuals from 8 to 80 boost resilience; self-esteem and help people feel more in control of their lives. The programme helped me so much and I now love using my skills to help others make significant positive changes to their lives.”
Take advantage of the 20% ‘Thrive with Sue’ discount on full Thrive Programme courses valid until the 1st December. Learn about the new group Thrive workshops starting in November.

Hello! I'm Penny from thebestof Sudbury, shouting about the best local businesses from Hadleigh through the Clare. When I'm not doing that, you'll find me knitting socks or tending to my 6 chickens
