Kid's Menu at The Crown, Hartest

When I go out for a meal, I like to know the ingredients and produce are locally sourced, freshly cooked and to a high standard. I also want the children's menu to be of the same high quality; cooked from fresh, with locally sourced food.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the odd fast food joint for the very occasional meal, but when I go out to eat with the family, my standards remain as high.

How great the The Crown at Hartest has a delicious menu specifically for children. How wonderful to see there's isn't turkey twizzler in sight, yet freshly cooked, nutrious home made food, from burgers to toad in the hole.

Take a look and why not try The Crown for lunch one day? Not only do they have these mysterious coins from the Great War nailed to the beams on the ceiling, but they have a fantastic garden (so your little ones can run around and work up an appetite!)

The Crown is also a dog friendly pub, with many interesting walks around the village of Hartest, 15 minutes or so from Sudbury
