Exciting remote working CRM / ERP Python Software Developer role

Remote working for a software business well-respected throughout

East Anglia and beyond.  Up to £35,000 p/a based on experience.

 


Primary Duties

  • Create, maintain and tailor modules of our OpenERP 7 and Odoo 13 based JunariCRM+ software
  • Replicate, debug and fix reported issues
  • Aid with first, second and third-line support, including ticket-logging and ticket-updating
  • Testing, Release notes
  • Other technical duties as required

Must-haves

  • Python - Skill Level: Good
  • PostgreSQL or similar - Skill Level: Good
  • HTML - Skill Level: Familiar
  • Source Control, e.g. GitHub, BZR, Bitbucket -Skill Level: Good

Preferred

  • MVC
  • JavaScript
  • NGINX
  • Odoo or OpenERP

Qualities

  • Able to work individually and in a team under pressure, self-reliant, self-sufficient
  • Hard-working + a positive attitude
  • Highly motivated, well organised
  • Good people skills and good written communication skills
  • Logical, methodical, diligent

Times of Work & Holidays

  • Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
  • 28 days paid holiday (inc. bank holidays)

Additional Notes

  • Own PC required of sufficient spec to run all tools / packages listed in this Job Description
  • Expected to meet in or around Colchester, Essex up to twice a month
  • Available for initial online video interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting in Colchester and a technical challenge
