Rewind Records on Gaol Lane is Sudbury’s independent vinyl shop, run by Martin and Jenny Hay. They opened in 2024 after years of collecting stock and planning, bringing a dedicated record shop back to the town. The shop sells a wide mix of vinyl across all genres, as well as CDs, cassettes, memorabilia and record care accessories. They also buy collections, so stock changes often.
Martin and Jenny previously worked together at Sudbury’s old record shop, Compact Music, and wanted to bring that spirit back. The shop has a relaxed, friendly feel and welcomes collectors and casual browsers alike. Rewind Records supports national music events and local music activity, which has helped it become a popular stop for music fans of all ages.

Lauren Williams has 35 years of experience and offers a range of treatments built on skill and care. She specialises in electrolysis and advanced electrolysis, supporting clients with precise skin concerns. She also provides wellbeing services including deep tissue massage, gel manicures and everyday beauty treatments.
Lauren has been self-employed for 15 years. Her career began in Devon, and she returned to Essex in 2020 to be closer to family. Many clients from her Just Jane days more than 30 years ago still visit her now, which reflects the trust she has built over the years.

Nature’s Temple in North Street has recently rebranded, but the familiar faces remain. Jane Pearson, well known for Health Foods & Therapies For You, made the change after more than 13 years with the original name. It reflects the success of the in-house salon, Nature’s Temple Beauty, which has grown steadily since 2020.
The shop continues to stock essential oils, supplements, vitamins, CBD products and everyday items. It also maintains its popular order-in service. Eve Taylor skincare has now been introduced, offering natural, cruelty free products at sensible prices.
Nature’s Temple Beauty provides a wide range of treatments including laser skin rejuvenation and hair removal. Jane is a qualified beauty therapist with nearly 30 years of experience and is joined by a skilled team offering massage, facials and specialist treatments.

Milestone Fitness was founded by Ivan Ambrose, who trains clients from Hustle Gym in Sudbury. He offers one to one personal training as well as small group sessions. Ivan, as well as being a Advanced PT Level 3, he is qualified to work with people living with Parkinson’s and is collaborating with Parkinson’s UK to provide specialised training that supports strength, mobility and confidence. More recently he’s become qualified to train clients on GLP-1 and has a level 3 GP Exercise referral.
His clients range from age 11 to 80 and he takes a focused approach to help each person work towards their fitness goals. Ivan is also trained to support neurodiverse clients, creating a calm and structured environment that suits different needs. Each Saturday morning he runs a friendly circuit class open to everyone. No experience is needed, only a willingness to give it a go.
