Boydens Estate Agents in Sudbury are proud to welcome the latest member to the well established team.

In August, they were joined by Melissa White, a former Hedingham School and Colchester Institute Student, who has started her role as a Property Consultant.

Although Melissa has a Level 3 Dipolma in Graphic Arts, she has always been interested in a career where is able to develop her love of property. As a socialable person, Melissa loves that her job enables her to meet lots of people. Being part of a family business, has meant she’s been able to get involved in all aspects of the estate agency business. She’s being trained in sales, viewings and inventory.

Despite having been in the business for just a few months, Melissa has already calved out a niche as the Rightmove guru, analysing the local market and seeing if Boydens are able to assist in the sale or rental of those  hard to sell properties.

Melissa has lived most of her life locally in Great Yeldham and loves working in Sudbury. She says “Sudbury is such a friendly town. Since I’ve started working at Boydens, I’ve found the people to be so kind and welcoming”

She has loved her first few months with family run Boydens

“Boydens is such a great company” Melissa tells me. “ It’s like one big happy family. David Boyden is lovely and so hands on with the business. He really is one of the team. I’ve visited all the branches and the people couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. Angela, my manager, has been so patient with me whist I train. She’s so encouraging too. I love working here”

Boydens Estate Agents have had a branch in Sudbury for 29 years. The team is headed up by Angela Jefferies.

If you’re looking to sell, rent, buy or rent out your property, please give the Sudbury team a call on 01787 883700
