Christmas is a time for family. It's especially hard when you've lost someone special. This year Sudbury Town Council & St Nicholas Hospice Care are inviting people to remember someone special by acquiring a memory decoration
The decorations will have your loved one's name printed on it , maybe a special date and a short message of remembrance. They will displayed on Sudbury's first ever memory tree
The tree will take pride of place in Market Square. You can find out more here.
1Oak Home Care, the providers of bespoke home care for those that need assistance, from personal care, to arranging day trips and special days out, are proud to be one of the sponsors of this year's tree.
Founder, Angel Doyle, says "Having lost people close to us as a company and on a personal level, we felt it was important go sponsor the Memory Tree for the community we serve. Christmas is a particularly hard time for families who have lost a loved one, we feel that having a memory tree centrally that lights up over the Christmas period for those we have lost is a great way of keeping their memories alive."

Hello! I'm Penny from thebestof Sudbury, shouting about the best local businesses from Hadleigh through the Clare. When I'm not doing that, you'll find me knitting socks or tending to my 6 chickens
