Christmas has arrived early for up to 72 junior football five-a-side teams who will have a chance to become Shropshire champions in a tournament to be held in Shrewsbury.
Shropshire's tennis community celebrated the achievements and dedication of the county's players and volunteers as the local winners of the Aegon British Tennis Awards were announced.
Last weekend’s Shropshire Handmade and Vintage Christmas Fair hosted by Shrewsbury-based caravan, motorhome and campervan dealership Salop Leisure was declared a “fantastic success”, with nearly 11,000 visitors flocking to the two-day event.
