Great venue.Easy to get to. Staff very nice. Fridge in room 322 was not very clean inside. Food was excellent, nothing too much trouble. Would stay there again anytime 😊.

Really nice hotel. The service was great and watched 2 different couples get married here in the 2 days I was there. Some lovely touches to the aesthetics but some elements of the daycore that were in need of refreshing. But that's me being overly critical. I had the best time here.

Spa treatments were amazing, but the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room was not acceptable for a 4 star hotel ( mould in silicone between tiles, dirty shower curtain etc).

A bit busy and can feel crowded in the reception area but overall ambience is peaceful.I like the idea of introducing pure water and fresh milk in the corridor to avail and that seems a fantastic job in saving lot of plastic waste.

Fantastic hotel. The staff will do anything for you and they are all approuchable and nice. This was the 2nd time i used this hotel to take my wife away for our anniversery. We have lunch here use the spa and have dinner here and everyting was perfect.
We even like the small sustainability touches like no bottled water and milk dispensers to reduce plastics.

The hotel was being used for a wedding Venue. I took the Bride and close friends to the Hotel, which was a very well laid out for our arrival. Red carpet and a member of staff greeted us and kept us updated while we waited to be called. Very clean, friendly and a good atmosphere noted as there were many other guests also staying at the hotel.

We had a great stay. All the staff were super friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Unlike many large hotels, there was a very personal touch to the service. We had our 6 year-old grandson with us and the staff made a point of including him in the conversation. He felt very grown up and it is was a nice touch. Similarly, he had a robe emblazoned with VI Little P waiting for him in our room and an accompanying letter. It was greatly appreciated and made his stay all the more special. Great pool and facilities (including parking), good food and excellent table service in the restaurant. A very enjoyable stay and my thanks to the team.

One of the best places in near kettering, Northamptonshire, the place is setup in a very modern English way and has good level of hygiene plus a variety of tea and coffee to choose from, it has a spa and breakfast, one of the places you must visit for a relaxing time
