Lovely tea room in a quiet spot quite close to the town centre, great decor and didn't have time to pop back for lunch today so must head back soon
Absolutely lovely vintage tea room. A real taste of 1940’s England. Amazing coffees and Milkshakes. It’s a must visit. Staff extremely friendly and it’s table service.

We held my beloved husband Terence’s wake at the Blitz Tea Room in Kettering on 27th July, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the very beginning, the help and kindness we received were exceptional. Everything was handled with such care and thoughtfulness at what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family.
The food was absolutely superb. There was a wonderful selection of delicious homemade cakes, sandwiches and savouries, along with plenty of tea and coffee for everyone who attended. Everything was beautifully presented, plentiful and, most importantly, made our guests feel very welcome and cared for.
What made it particularly special for me was that the whole occasion felt so warm and relaxed. It was exactly the sort of place and atmosphere that Terry would have loved himself had he still been with us. I could genuinely imagine him sitting there, enjoying the food and chatting to everyone.
A huge thank you to everyone at the Blitz Tea Room for making such a difficult day just that little bit easier. Your kindness, care and attention meant more to me and my family than I can put into words.
Five stars without hesitation. A truly lovely place, and wonderful people. ❤️
