Lovely 4 star hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms really nice and just a general good relaxing feeling about the hotel. A couple of negatives were mainly at breakfast..waited nearly 10mins to be seated. The tea and coffee took another 10 mins to come, then they forgot the toast and we waited around 20mins for our breakfast. Very chaotic, lots of people complaining, staff walking around with trays of drink and food not having a clue where it should go and on 2 occasions brought it to the wrong table. When breakfast came it was very tasty. Overall a good experience and better if they sort out the breakfast service

Recently visited for a spa day here. The staff here are great and very friendly. The spa facilities are very hygienic. Unfortunately during my treatment the member of staff kept coughing and having to leave the room to cough which took time off of my treatment and made me anxious due to COVID. The service for our lunch was very slow and we had to wait half an hour for our food. Also the main came before the starter. Staff were apologetic but expected more in terms of the service.

The staff are exceptional, as is the breakfast! The spa facilities are very good. The rooms are comfortable, but perhaps now need refreshing. The hotel is doing well plastic and recycling in the guest rooms. I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic experience at this hotel from the moment I rang to make reservation. I upgraded our room to a 4 poster bedroom as it was for my sisters birthday. Champagne was in the fridge on arrival. Could use spa facilities up until moment of check out. Food was first class for dinner and breakfast. All staff really lovely. Would recommend this place.

Not a bad hotel by any means, but it feels stuck between styles in parts. Lots of framed oil pictures of historical figures and a rustic look give the entrance a castle vibe, though to the spa area where it's modern. Facilities are excellent, family room was a great size and really nice and tidy. Single fold out bed I had to sleep on (kids shared the double) was so uncomfortable but that's probably not a shock! Bathroom was good too, if a little outdated in decor. Breakfast in the morning was very good, service could've been better, had a table booked but had to wait while they set one up for us as it wasn't ready, it wasn't hugely busy in there. Some of the staff seemed a little bored throughout the hotel. Went for a party in the Rockingham room, was very good, bar staff felt a bit untrained but they did their best and were really friendly. Pool was good, didn't use any of the sauna or hot tub etc. Overall a nice stay, possibly overpriced in my opinion, probably wouldn't go again as a result

We stayed for 2 nights on Valentines day as we were visiting family in Corby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. No staff member passed you in the corridor without giving you a greeting which was really nice. The hotel is well maintained with nice sized rooms which were clean and tidy. Machines are in the corridors providing water and milk which is a great idea and saves purchasing bottled water for your room. The spa, though small, with limited seating has a good sized pool with sauna and steam rooms. We ate in the restaurant which had a nice selection and variety of food on the menu. Would definitely stay here again and well priced for the area.

So let me start with the overall look of this property the Kettering Park Hotel and Spa what a beautiful place what a beautiful location took me about an hour and a half to get there from Nottingham city. the car park had many parking spaces. I walked into reception and was greeted by somebody with a beautiful smile they sent me to the place I wanted to go I also took a look around the property beautiful swimming pool lovely sauna and spa facilities the food they did in the restaurant was absolutely outstanding and what can I say it was all round service so if you in Kettering and wants to stay the night and you've got £120 you can stay the night at the Kettering Park and Spa. It's beautiful it gets yourself a five stars from me

Stayed at the hotel for valentines weekend. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing, spa area clean with smashing service. We would definitely come back here with kids. One of my favourite places 😍

Such a beautiful hotel and spa, me and my team thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa. The customer service is excellent cannot fault it. We shall definitely come back.

It's a good meeting place, ideally placed off the A14, and therefore easy to get to. Parking is free, the staff still wear facemasks in the main,and there is sanitiser everywhere.
We met for a working lunch and could not believe the prices! Not only was it very overpriced, the food was not the best.
One person ordered a fish finger sandwich on white bread, the bread arrived brown and toasted, and sat in a pool of water, making it soggy.
Another person ordered a chicken sandwich and found a bone.
10% service charge was on top, and included unless you requested otherwise. And although there was no issue with service, there was no check back or we could have fed back our grumbling at the time.
Oddly, you need to book on a weekday. It gets busy.

We had a one night stay which included Dinner, Breakfast and the Spa. Our stay was fantastic from the start - checking in with Laura. Getting to the room - we had a cold bottle of wine in the fridge ready for us. Using the spa with amazing massages from therapists Sarah & Hannah. Pre dinner cocktails - which the bar tender made specially for me and then onto our fabulous dinner where Sebastian and Aphrodite looked after us very well. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty and all staff were very attentive. We booked through Secret Escapes and I have stayed here many times - the staff, service and hotel haven't disappointed, I will be back again in March:)
