very nice. minimal issues when checking in. the spa is very nice, even though i think there was a bit too much chlorine in it? showers are nice. when the hot chocolate machine works, it works damn well. some of the best hot chocolate ive ever had tbh. the food for both breakfast and dinner (didnt go to a lunch one but i guarantee its good) is also very good. i attended a wedding there a few years back, and that was good. rooms are nice, with big tvs, but the matresses were bit hard, but that can be easily forgiven since they had to rush putting it together since a slight change of plans for our booking occured. still, really good. nice hotel. if you're in the area, its brilliant, really good location. theres a lot of cool stuff within driving distance. zetta good staff. nice.

We had a lovely 2 night mini-break at Kettering Park, enjoying the lovely food, accommodation and the Spa area. All the staff made our stay very relaxed and enjoyable. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Have just enjoyed an evening having drinks in the bar with friends. We were served by Jake, who had wonderful manner and was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Would definately recommend.

The staff we encountered at the hotel were friendly, yet we reckoned there might be some room to be improved in the communication part.
For instance, I emailed the hotel 4 days before our stay and asked to book our breakfasts and dinner , which I got a confirmation email on the same day, in which also agreed that I could book the spa later. However, the next morning I received an email from another staff, asking what time I'd like to book for the spa, which I replied to as well. Nevertheless, the third day I received another email from the third staff, asking me what time I'd like to book for my breakfasts, dinner and the spa.
Another instance would be that we paid for a package on Spa Breaks website and were told at check-in that £30pp allowance towards dinner was included in our package, but when we were about to pay for the dinner, we had to inform the staff of it even though we made the reservation for dinner and the information should have been passed on.

Enjoyed my birthday treat spa day with afternoon tea friendly staff. Hotel beautiful but don't leave drinks at pool side as saw several flys drinking from hot choclates that were then being drunk after.

Great Spa but disappointing restaurant. I would rate the Spa as potentially 5* but let down by restaurant with poor service, bad food and 2 tier treatment of diners.

Nice rooms and a nice breakfast.i wasn't impressed with a service charge added to my drinks bill. I could understand if I hadn't ordered at the bar and carried them away myself.

The hotel and restaurant were 4-star worthy. We stayed 4 nights and and ate breakfast each morning and had dinner twice. I did not visit the spa, it didn’t look like my style really. Make sure to book any treatments in advance- I did plan to get a massage and they were booked over a few weeks out, so no luck. The breakfast was excellent, but the dinner was not worth the cost in my opinion (it was still good, but rather expensive). That said- it’s the best in the immediate area so it is what it is. Overall, a nice experience. The room was clean, fresh linens and tidy up daily- a good stay.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for 2 nights with the family. All staff were very polite and courteous. Nice room and facilities. Good pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms. Worth a visit.

It's lovely to sit down to write something positive, so here goes... We had a wonderful stay at KPH&Spa. All the staff were helpful, pleasant and sometimes just downright wonderful. The rooms (both, more later) were clean and comfortable. The manager went out of her way to help us solve a doggie issue by finding us a doggie room for our second room. Our dog LOVED staying at the hotel, the room, the dog bed, the doggie towel, welcome note, doggie bags and especially the specially baked biscuit (more of those please), were all amazing surprises. A thank you to the man who stopped hoovering as we passed by on our way back from a 3am doggie outing, and then went out of his way to say hello. Another thank you to the bar staff who kindly helped us heat the doggie pad. The spa was relaxing (what more do you need), the hot tub - fabulous, the pool very nice, the sauna and steam room smelt wonderful. Yes, no doubt about it, we will return soon.

Overall good acceptable service but email confirmation was not received till days after booking was made and breakfast service was poor due to delay and missing breakfast items.
