Prezzo Kettering has recently undergone a major refurbishment, and the transformation is fantastic. The restaurant has a fresh, modern look while still retaining its warm and welcoming Italian charm.
Fast, cheap and incredible service. Called in for a callout for a tyre change about 15 mins away, within 30 minutes they got to me and changed the wheel. Would highly recommend to anyone.
A lovely hotel with great facilities. I had my 40th birthday party here and the hotel even left a bottle of beer, birthday card and 40th balloon in the room, which was a lovely touch. Very happy with the staff who were very welcoming, helpful and polite. My only concern was the pricing; whilst my room including breakfast and spa/pool/gym access was only £125, I paid for my party to be catered by the hotel. The buffet rate was £24/person and whilst the majority of the food was good quality, there wasn't much, considering I had paid for 40 guests (close to £1000) and this did fall below expectations. Food was gone very quickly and no more was provided. A total of about 8 serving dishes, so also lost points on variety. 1 saving grace was I had informed them that I had 1 vegan guest and they did provide a plate just for their dietary preference.
We have been using BTN for a few years now. They pride themselves on looking after their customers and we have always found them to be excellent and professional. They will always make time for their regular clients (even if they are busy) and are thorough and diligent in all work carried out.
The most important thing for us is their honesty and excellence at what they do. They won’t do work unnecessarily and always communicate on what needs doing and give you options. The pricing is good for the service you get. You get what you pay for!
We have both cars serviced and looked after by BTN and are very happy with them. Will especially goes above and beyond to help his customers.
