Between Kettering and Market Harborough the pub offers superb country restaurant menu, great bar facilities and large gardens in a village setting.
We reserved a table for four with a dog. They attempted to seat us upstairs in a rundown area, but we had to sit outside where flies were plentiful. The beef dinner was inedible; we couldn't cut through it, and instead of mash, there were three roasted potatoes. The service was unacceptable—she was more interested in chatting with the locals, making it difficult to get any assistance.

The 'Royal Oak' is a country Restaurant in the historic village of Naseby, just off the A14 between Kettering and Welford.
Thanks to all at the Royal Oak, the food was excellent and service first class. We will come again and try the |Sunday lunch.

The Buttery is in a superb country restaurant close to Kettering in the countryside. designed in the New England style, our country restaurant has an informal, relaxed atmosphere, in keeping with our rural location.
Nice breakfast and coffee spot. My only criticism is that the breakfast is relatively small and already being a bit on the expensive side you have to pay more for add ons which should already be on the plate i think. The food is really good the sitting area is nice as well staff are friendly and drinks/food comes quickly as well.

The White Horse in Old, a country restaurant only a short drive from Kettering with superb local food, drinks and a warm welcome are always on offer from our well trained helpful team.
Our first time here and what a find!!! It's positioned in a lovely village with easy access in and out via good conditioned roads, there's a car park off the main road beside the pub for easy parking and the pub and surrounding area are well kept.
Inside, it's beautifully decorated, the staff were polite, attentive professional and friendly plus the food was amazing with generous portions.
My wife and I were very impressed and will certainly be back with friends and family.
