Had a spa day as a gift for two it was amazing. Staff were welcoming we were greeted by Sarah who gave us our soft fluffy towels and bath robes then took us to our changing rooms. We then went to the lounge where all drinks coffee tea cold drinks were included . We chose our lunch which was provided in the spa day

Spent the day here with my wife, each had a massage, lunch, afternoon drinks topped off with an evening meal. Very pleased with all aspects of our day. Could not fault the services provided. Lovely day. Thank you.

I went to an event at Kettering hotel and spa, all the staff at this event were lovely and polite. One of the waitresses at our table was amazing, she was very kind to all of us. I believe her name was Aimee but I’m not 100% sure but she was lovely. I would definitely recommend

If you are looking to book in your wedding honestly do not consider another venue. Kettering Park Hotel were absolutely amazing from the start of the process all the way through to the very end. We had the amazing Steph dealing with all of our planning and nothing was ever too much trouble and the responses were really quick. On the day we were handed over to our host for the day Shannon and the fabulous service continued. We had a little mishap with one of our vendors being late but Shannon did not stress me or anyone else about it she called them right away and they arrived within 30 minutes. I cannot recommend the whole team enough.

Here for a wedding. Hotel is clean, tidy and well presented. Everything as a 4* should be. Rooms could be warmer. Can adjust yourself but never nice to walk into a chilly room when just checked in.

I went to an event that was organised in this hotel. Food was amazing, absolutely loved everything that was served. It’s a great place to organise an event. The only problem in Kettering is that one can’t find a taxi service like Uber and one has to wait for a long time to get a taxi.

Wedding experience, nat able to access rooms till AFTER the wedding vows were taken, not fantastic. Had to be ready on arrival & leave luggage in the car till afterwards then a mad queue for check in all together

All the service provided was 5 star from the lovely lady on reception who remember we had visited before and had food intolerances. To the chef who could not have done anything more to make it a fabulous dining experience, wonderful waitress who was helpful king and thoughtful. The wonderful gentleman at the bar who knew his wine and ensure our bottle was perfectly chilled. Would highly recommend the whole experience.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you are transported to another world! Lovely and cozy spa, nicely decorated hotel and very attentive staff. Went for an evening wedding but we do plan to return for a relaxing weekend.

We booked our stay from a family recommendation and we were quite pleasantly suprised. From the greeting to checking out, the team were friendly, smiley and very helpful.
The food and beverage menu's were good and nice to see some seasonal dishes on offer.

Stayed a few times here due to working in Northampton. Hotel is fantastic, staff are welcoming and friendly. Food in the restaurant is always amazing. Bed's very comfy and Spa/Gym facilities are great. No complaints, will always stop here when in the area.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful all with smiles. Rooms were clean and comfy, loved the robes and slippers. Had a massage and it was amazing, best massage I've had. Went with my mum fir a treat. Food is quite expensive so didn't try that unfortunately. Had a lovely relaxing one night stay, would definitely go again. Loved that you could get the milk yourself to make a tea in your room, please don't ever get rid of that.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I have experienced! Nothing is too much trouble, and they say, "I'll be with you in a moment" if they are busy as opposed to most people who just ignore you (My biggest bug bare!)
