“ I think that there’s not enough customer service given from local trades companies to their customers. We really want to change that, if a customer isn’t happy with our workmanship then we welcome them to call us and we will put anything right for them. To many businesses are hard to get hold of on the phone, again we always try to answer all calls courteously and promptly. Our branding is important too, we want to create an atmosphere of trust to our customers”
