The new and beautiful Mercury has also doubled it's output as there is now a sister paper called the Midweek Mercury which like the original (now updated) paper will be packed full of useful and entertaining information. One difference is that the Midweek Mercury will be free!
Julie Palmer, editor and leader of the various teams at the Mercury and Dean Walters, Head of Sales, told thebestof Hertford and Ware how pleased they are with the reception the new look papers have received and they are very excited about the future of both papers.
The papers will have more defined sections including a new updated leisure section called 'Go!' as well as lifestyle features and property pages. There is still one more surprise in the pipeline but Julie is keeping it back for a little longer so that all the changes don't happen at once.
We wish Julie, Dean and the rest of the team at the Hertfordshire Mercury the best of luck for the future and look forward to working together with them bringing up to date news and entertainment as well as our all important business features to Hertford and Ware and the surrounding area's communities.
