The workshop will include information on the four stages of the employee life cycle; recruitment, employment law, development/performance and rewards/benefits, and what is involved in each of these areas. Matt will also be discussing the importance of people solutions and how this can benefit both the employee and the business.
Matt has had many years’ experience in human resources working with household name brands such as Superdrug, WH Smith, Starbucks and many more. However, he has also run a business and so is aware of the constraints and challenges that many business owners face. It’s this experience that puts Matt and Consensus HR at the forefront of their field and enables him to give the best HR advice and solutions for your company.
