Not only are we a store full of designers from around the world but we also have our own workshop onsite where repairs are carried out.
Our customers are usually upset that their piece of jewellery has broken due to old age or an accident but the service they receive here at Lance James puts their mind to rest.
We provide an on the spot quote or a fast efficient service and provide a free quote for our customers to mull over. If our customers wish to proceed with the job it is actioned immediately and a time frame given for when the piece will be ready to collect. We have a brilliant track record for taking on all sort of repairs but should our prices not be entirely to our customers liking, there is no charge for collecting the piece after the quote has been provided.
