Calling all pudding fans!
Next month will see a pudding club coming to Bramfield village near Hertford next month. The event which is organised by Presdales School girl Kirsty Allen 15 is to help her raise £3995 for a trip to Ecuador next summer.
The trip which is organised by World Challenge will take Kirsty and approximately 16 other pupils down to Sth America and will focus on community work, including painting schools and teaching English to children. After that the group will head to the Galapagos Islands to carry out some conservation work.
The pudding night will take place on Saturday 16th October and will feature six puddings which will be voted on. These puddings include old favourites, spotted dick, syrup sponge and toffee fudge.
