So the people have voted, and while these are uncertain times for us all, we can be sure that the people of Hertford have made their voices clear and have once again voted in Mark Prisk.
Despite a 1.95% from Conservative to Lib Dem, Prisk still won with more than double the votes from Andrew Lewin (Lib Dem).
