A bit of background
We are exposed, on a daily basis, to many forms of toxins. Some we are very familiar with, but others may come as some surprise to some of us. These include:

  • Food additives and preservatives
  • Fertilisers used to grow our food and plants in our gardens
  • Weedkillers
  • Pest control products
  • Cleaning products
  • ‘Vibes’ from our TV, computer, mobile phone
  • Air pollution from traffic etc
  • Various things in our workplace environment
  • Skincare and cosmetic products
  • Medication
  • Decorating products
  • Highly processed foods
  • Alcohol and drugs

Then we come to nasty things like:

  • Stings and bites
  • Worms and other parasites from animals and contaminated food
  • Poorly healing injuries
  • Metals from various sources including old tooth fillings
  • Fungi, bacteria and viruses

It’s no wonder that we sometimes feel unwell, without necessarily knowing the cause.

Eek! That’s scary! How can my body cope?

Amazingly well much of the time, considering what it’s bombarded with!

Generally, your liver will neutralise and remove toxins. If your liver cannot cope with certain toxins, these will enter your blood stream and start to enter into your organs and bodily systems.

This is where your immune system kicks in and tries to focus these toxins into one place and stop them from spreading throughout your body. You may experience symptoms such as a rash, conjunctivitis, rhinitis, colitis, cystitis etc. as your body tries to get rid of the toxins.

If your immune system becomes overloaded and cannot get rid of these toxins, you may become ill through more chronic diseases and then autoimmune diseases, diabetes mellitus etc.

Then, if toxicity and illness have not been addressed, your body may become so overloaded that benign and malignant tumours start to develop.

Now, that is scary and nobody wants things to go that far if they can help it.

What can I do to help my body fight these things off?

Firstly, it’s important to recognise what is affecting you in your environment and what symptoms you are experiencing, such as:

  • Allergies to cleaning products producing headaches and a rash
  • Side effects of medication
  • Asthmatic symptoms from air pollution or family pets, certain clothes or bedding etc

Sometimes, these things are easy enough to pin down and some symptoms easily eliminated by removing the cause.

However, you may find that certain causes of your or your family’s problems cannot easily be removed. Damage limitation is needed!

Whether we like it or not, sometimes medication is needed, at least in the short term.

Even if medical treatment is needed, there are certain things that you and your family can do to help yourselves feel better more quickly. For example:

  • Cleaning up your diet can help your body cope better and fight the effects of toxins
  • Drinking more water – around 30ml per kilogram of weight per day. This will help flush out toxins.
  • Checking daily products you use and changing them for more pure and natural products where possible
  • Boosting your exercise program to help your body gain strength to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Perhaps seek the help and support of complementary therapists to compile and run a tailored detox process with you

How can I use bio resonance to help me detox?

Bio resonance testing through Body Reset Hertfordshire can help to show which of your body’s organs and systems are operating below par or are inflamed. Testing can also help to reveal potential causes of issues affecting your organs and systems, such as metal pollutants and parasites.

Where a need to cleanse or detox your organs and systems is identified either medically or through the testing process, bio resonance programs and therapies can aid this process.

Body Reset Hertfordshire can offer passive bio resonance therapies through the use of our Life Expert Profi device, where you can receive therapeutic programs based on your symptoms and test results.

Our Life Balance devices offer you bio resonance ‘on the move’ so you can carry on with your daily activities whilst the recommended programs are running.

The test results enable tailored ‘complexes’ to be created which address the priority needs flagged by the test. Where particular toxins are known or are identified, our library of bio resonance programs can be used to address and reduce the toxins over time, hence helping to reduce the symptoms experienced.

Where the toxins have not yet been specifically identified, it is possible to use general body cleansing, detox or antiseptic programs to aid the detox process, at least initially.

Detoxing can affect people in different ways, so you could find the process easier or harder than other members of your family. It is important to recognise this, so that bio resonance programs can be adjusted accordingly.

Some circumstances require a shorter term intensive program. Others will need less intensive therapy over a longer period. Our discussions about your individual circumstances will help to find the best way forward for you.
