Julie took us through all the important stages of meeting your prospective client, realising there is a connection which could benefit you both, to them becoming your client and then the early stages of your relationship all the way through to the time they eventually leave for whatever reason.
Julie compared it very cleverly to personal relationships and the similarities were startingly similar! Julie kindly sent all attendees copies of her slides afterwards so they have them as a reminder how to keep their new and old customers happy and engaged.
