Method:
- Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave. Carefully dip a pretzel into the melted chocolate and place on greaseproof paper and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and transfer to the piping bag. Pipe the chocolate into the pretzel holes. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Attach two Smarties to the top of the pretzel (pointy part of pretzel pointing down) to form eyes of the owl, you can attach the smarties with some left over melted chocolate. Refrigerate for another 5 minutes.
- Shape the white icing to form small round balls and triangles. Attach the white spheres to the Smarties to form pupils for the eyes. Stick the triangles in the middle of the pretzel to give the impression of a beak. Chill for 15 minutes until set.
