I've just come back from a 10 day family holiday in Devon, so I'm feeling relaxed and fully refreshed. I didn’t just have a great time, though – it was also the most productive 10 days of my year so far. This was because I had time to think about my business.
Every time I go away I see my business differently. I see the opportunities and challenges more clearly, and can take in the bigger picture. I dread to think where I'd be if it wasn't for my time away to think.
