Leading letting agent Knight Property Management was one of the night’s biggest winners at the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards.

The Hertford based company beat off stiff competition to win the hotly contested North Herts Council Service Excellence category for a second time. Knight was also named as runner-up in the East Herts Council Business of the Year award.

“We're absolutely thrilled to be Service Excellence winners again, as we were up against some great Hertfordshire businesses in the final,” said co-owner Jan Hunter. “Knight Property Management was founded on the principle of offering outstanding customer service to exceed our landlords’ expectations, so to win the Service Excellence category again was the most rewarding accolade we could have asked for."

Fellow co-owner David Porter added: “We were delighted to be the runner-up in East Herts Business of the Year, a category which we’ve won twice previously. We always support other local businesses wherever possible, as we think it’s really important for everybody that East Herts has a strong and vibrant economy. It’s a real honour to receive our third award in this category.”

Knight Property Management is a multi-award-winning, independent letting agent working with owners of high quality residential and commercial properties. Exceptional service and great value come as standard, as does a full money back guarantee.

One of the most prestigious events in the county’s business calendar, the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards were held at the Watford Colosseum on Wednesday July 27. A total of 19 awards were up for grabs and the sponsors included the Federation of Small Businesses, Clydesdale Bank and the Hertfordshire Mercury.
