This is a very friendly hotel that is very well run. The staff cannot do enough for you- huge thank you to Pamela K who greeted us each morning like a ray of sunshine. The breakfast is fantastic - buffet as well as dishes made to order. Great quality food.
Rooms a little dated but the charm of the place outweighs that - traditional hotel complete with turndown.
Easy to get around the island with bus stop close by. Opposite Waitrose. Ideal location for us as we wanted to be able to get to KGV cricket ground as well as St Peter’s Port. Half hour walk to both if don’t want to wait for a bus. I would absolutely stay again when in Guernsey.

Tired and dated rooms. Smiley staff but no autonomy to make decisions and some struggle as English not their first language.

This hotel is fabulous the staff a credit to them, so polite and helpful. My room was large bed great and very clean. The food however was only ok, nothing special, but not bad, but I would say below expectations of a high class establishment, both from the menu offerings and standard.

Amazing hotel with great food and spa facilities. We ate in the bar area and it was good quality food and plenty of it!
Highly recommending booking an upgraded room with a garden view to wake up to and enjoy a coffee on the balcony. Breathtaking! The hotel has a bus stop just outside which is regular and only 10 minuities to St Peter Port.
All the staff we interacted with were friendly and went above and beyond.
Thank you for a great stay.

I live in Guernsey and organised a spa day for my best friend's 40th for 7 of us and 2 extra for lunch only.
Limited for choice of spas here on island this is the best one but it's not a big place. If you book a spa day, you can use the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room etc for free but the relaxation room and jacuzzi can get busy and there wasn't from for all of us to sit together at all times.
The staff are friendly and the place is quiet and clean.
Being part of the Handpicked group, it was hard to negotiate any discounts for a group but they did give us a bottle of prosecco a little goodie bag and the birthday girl had a birthday plate with some chocolates at lunch.
I've been to spas all over the world and there are definitely better convenience pointers and more space with better design in other places but for Guernsey, it's the one with the most modern facilities.

Smashing Hotel with lovely staff.
We had a problem with our sink not draining and the maintenance staff was at our door within 15 minutes.
Reception staff were very helpful and both the catering & housekeeping staff were great.
The hotel itself is beautiful in smashing surroundings, it's on various local bus routes so access is quite easy to arrange.
When we go back to Guernsey, we will not hesitate to stay here again

I stay here a few times a year and every single stay is highly relaxed and enjoyable. The rooms are always clean, the beds are super comfy, I love the view from the rooms and the staff are always nice and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and every time i have ordered room service it has been quick. I cannot fault this hotel. I will continue to stay here every time i need a birthday/relaxation treat. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a good nights sleep and some relaxation.

The best place in Guernsey. Doesn't need any review or rating. It's above your expectations. The spa is like I have never experienced before..

This is an outstanding hotel and definitely worth a stay …..junior suites worry their money with outdoor hot-tub!! Very friendly helpful staff nothing too much trouble rooms very well laid out very clean tidy n spacious too. Outdoor hot-tub worth the extra although a little more privacy between rooms would be nice. There are fence panels separating each room but the squares design is see through n not very private. Doesn’t ruin it but an idea for them if you see this St Pierre Park ☺️ even temp pull down privacy screens while using hot tubs maybe….. just some ideas. This is my third year returning and I’ll be back again for sure. Definitely worth a stay to anyone thinking about it. Very handy for supermarket Waitrose across the road plus very cheap bus travel with stop across road too into town £1.75 per journey so from A to B inc. a 1 change if needed. Whole island coast bus trip (approx 20 miles) possible too purchasing several tickets as you hop on n off so around about £5 I would say. Come to Guernsey 🇬🇬 you’ll fall in love with the island!!

Rooms are a bit dated, restaurant closed at 9pm and lacked atmosphere, bar closed at 11pm, health suite closed at 8pm.
Health suite is excellent, grounds are beautiful, staff and service were great, food was excellent.

I thought it was time to write a review given I have stayed at St Pierre Park Hotel Guernsey since July every single month for two weeks at a time and will continue to do so
I honestly cannot fault it
The staff are consistently providing excellent service
The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained , coffee is really nice
The breakfast which scores best takes me back to Jamaica with such varied choices, the chef delivers consistently well presented menu choice without fail, the attention to detail , remembering you as an individual , nothing is too much trouble
The bar and restaurant on an evening offer great choice
Sunday roast is always popular which I am yet to try
The gym is very well equipped
Great views and grounds
Not tried the spa treatments , perhaps a treat next week during my birthday 🥳
Great location to walk into town and coming from airport
Despite the many functions here the rooms are always peaceful
Just some of the staff I’m getting to know who have been simply wonderful and many more names I can’t remember I’m sorry but you know who you are …
Sara, Pamela x2 , Patricia , Sofia, Haji,
Ralph , Sunil and many more
Thank you all for making my stay feel so wonderful each time , highly recommend this hotel

60th Birthday Celebration with family, we stay at the St Pierre frequently and it never disappoints. The staff are amazing and the food quality has improved ten fold, a particular mention to Patricia in the main restaurant, she is a star

We came back for our third visit to this lovely hotel, it never disappoints. We love staying here the staff are lovely, as is the food, the breakfast choice is vast and the choice for lunch or dinner in the Terrace bar is good too. You can’t beat having a glass of the local gin whilst sitting outside looking at the lake! The room we had was superb, the bed is so comfortable and the housekeeping staff keep the rooms very clean. The grounds are beautiful to walk round or just to sit in and the hotel may be situated a bit out of town but it’s not a disadvantage even if you don’t have a car. There’s a supermarket right opposite and has a bus stop just up the road for the 41/42 bus to take you into town or up to Vazon bay and is 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. Highly recommend getting a puffin pass for the bus and download the app buses.gg so easy to get around using the buses.

I hope that the staff get the recognition for the service they give as it’s what helps to make your stay special. I would like to mention Briggette on reception, Patricia and Nuola (apologies if I spelt her name wrong) and all of the lovely restaurant staff along with the bar staff for the fabulous attention to detail ,the friendly attitude wish all hotels had staff like yours!
This is the only hotel we have visited more than once and will still come back again.
