All the family agree that this hotel has provided the best breakfast out of any hotel that we have stayed at ever. The selection is great, service second to none and nothing is too much trouble.

Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Swimming pool goodand facilities in changing rooms also good. Food was very good quality and always tasty and on time. My son had room service breakfast every day so he could have a lie in!! We had interconnecting rooms with our son and these were ideal. Beds comfy but pillows were very uncomfortable. One issue with the robe in the room hadn't been changed still had make up on but hotel soon sorted that out. The only thing I would say is the drinks are expensive but again lots of variety available. The grounds of the hotel really pretty and well looked after. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again although it's highly unlikely we will go back to Guernsey but that's not the hotels fault!

Enjoyed every moment. Good ambience and the environment was appealing. Food was superb.

Breakfast was well served with variety. At the bar service was extremely fast. Elias our waiter was outstanding. He was eloquent, understanding and so helpful not forgetting so courteous.

Generally we enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to come back.

This hotel has it all - lovely rooms, great service, amazing gym and weights room, swimming pool, hot tub and beauty treatments.

I live on Sark but stay here for some proper pampering. Room 438 is the Jersey suite and has loads of space, huge bed and a bath and shower. 4 balconies. Pure indulgence.

The staff always look after me and there room service food is top notch - chicken Caesar salad and chips and a croque monsieur. I think it is great value and I’ll keep coming back.

Stayed again at your lovely hotel. Had lovely room and unexpected surprise of a cake strawberry and lovely chocs on a welcome slate. Found the staff on reception and terrace bar very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff did a good job but not one hello for the 8 days. Rooms looking a wee bit dated in places but still v nice. A special mention has to go to Haji and Sofia on the breakfast team both so welcoming attentive and kind. Also lovely to see Sara on my last morning , they all remembered me from previous stays which was so nice especially being solo. They are a credit to your hotel

I arrived and a lovely man called carlton helped me with my bags. And showed me the hotels facilities which are fantastic. The swimming pool is amazing and jacuzzi sauna steam room are exceptional. But the staff here are without doubt the loveliest people you could want in a lovely hotel to look after you. My experience so far is really lovely but at breakfast time wow wow wow incredible so much to choose from here. And the manager at breakfast time Iook forward to having a little chat with her name is Sarah she is without doubt the most warming and kindness person you could meet she is so so helpful she can't do enough and it makes my morning experience a treasure it lovely to meet the staff and get to no a few of them another is elliot he is great a lovely chap to talk to abd also tavi,,,,,

I thought I'd done a review but maybe on another site. We had a break here Oct 2022 and arrived quite late and found that the company we had booked through hadn't notified the hotel! As I had all the paperwork they upgraded our room which was extremely kind and we had a lovely stay. We walked into st peters port every day yo get the bus to visit other places, great bus service and do get a puffin pass if you use the bus service! Meals were delicious and as it was October Halloween cocktails were being served! Booked again for Oct and so looking forward to our trip (aiming to try the swimming pool this time)

My stay at the St Pierre Park hotel was quite a short one, as my flight to Jersey was cancelled at 9.30pm and I had to leave to go to the airport at 6am. Nonetheless, it was a great ending to an abysmal day. Reception was very helpful and told me that I could order take away breakfast until 3am (form to hang outside my door) and organized the taxi back to the airport as well. The staff in the bar was very attentive, too.
I like the room - it was spacious, modern and very clean. It comes with a kettle and an capsule coffee machine so I had a quick coffee early in the morning.
Loved the bedding! I realize that’s a weird thing to notice, but the bed lines were of high quality - they felt super soft, slightly silky and luxuriously smooth - so I slept like on a cloud.

We stayed for 2 nights and it really wasn’t long enough! The staff were all absolutely amazing in all parts of the hotel big shouts out to Abdul in the restaurant and Thuu Thuu in the bar. We had afternoon tea on arrival which was delicious, especially the home made Lemon Curd which was the best I’ve tasted. Dinner was also excellent and again service was outstanding. The room was lovely with everything we needed. We will definitely return.

I enjoyed my stay here thanks to the most amazing staff. Every single one was kind, courteous and helpful. Arriving at the hotel was slightly disappointing as there was clearly a structural issue with the roof on the front porch. Check in was professional, quick and a friendly welcome.
Stayed in two different rooms. The standard double was pleasant, comfortable bed and all you'd need. The deluxe double room didn't wow me but was comfortable. Same comfy bed although a hole in the quilt cover. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, had fridge, kettle and good selection of beverages. The deluxe had a coffee pod machine. The deluxe also had air con(compared to a fan) which was nice as it was quite warm in the rooms. Deluxe was a slightly larger room, had a bigger TV, bigger lamps and slippers with the dressing gown. The balcony looked tired, the railings rusty and slabs could do with a jet wash. Nice plants though with a view of some garden and the tennis court. I wasn't a fan of the complimentary toiletries(same in both rooms) and anyone with dexterity issues may struggle with the hair dryer as you have to keep hold of a button for power. Bathrooms same in both rooms with lovely soft towels.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and all excellent quality. Again the staff are just incredible.
Didn't use the spa, just the pool which was really nice.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay due to all the lovely people who work there. Slightly disappointed with the deluxe room after comparing to the standard I didn't think it was worth the considerable price difference.
