Sunday carvery not what it was.Food was only lukewarm and the price has increased from £29 to £35 in the last two yearsand the 20% service charge which can really push the bill up can be removed if you ask.Today September 8th finally had a reply back from the hotel who said the carvery would be restarted in 2,weeks time. So someone obviously does not know that they are serving lunch masquerading as a carvery.

We have visited St Pierre Park on several occasions any hold a great fondness for the hotel. So booked again as park of some Channel Islands travel for my husbands 60th. We were disappointed to find there was to be a function running until midnight directly under our room. We were looking forward to some quiet relaxation and enjoying the hot tub!
We asked at reception if there was any chance of moving room but they were fully booked. Staff called the duty manager to help us. Emma was the duty manager that day and we cannot fault her excellent customer service.
She completely understood our disappointment and went above and beyond to help us. She managed to transfer our booking to the sister hotel on the Saturday night and then return to the st Pierre Park for our second night for both us and our friends travelling with us. The rooms at both hotels were excellent, and the meal at the Victor Hugo restaurant was outstanding. This was a really special trip for us and the kindness and professionalism of the staff really enhanced our experience

Lovely hotel, staff fantastic, lovely breakfast, room was cleaned daily and turned down, and they have a lovely spa area. However it is not cheap here and a shower not shower over bath, and more plugs in the room would have been great, plus at the cost here air con, and not just a fan in the room.

Aspect impressive.Rooms and food quite acceptable.Old course especially impressive.By far St Pierre’s main asset is its staff. They were ever pleasant and helpful which was extremely impressive given the volume of guests.Pro shop staff and course marshalls highly efficient, helpful and friendly.Only negatives were noise in restaurant and pub area and cost of drinks. However I consider resort good value for money and would recommend to anyone.

We recently had our wedding here (both the ceremony and reception) and we couldn’t have asked for more from St Pierre Park.

From start to finish, the hotel and staff made sure that everything was perfect and we felt so at ease.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, the food was phenomenal and the little details (like a towel swan in our room) made all the difference.

I just want to give the biggest shoutout to Bronwyn who is one of the Sales & Revenue managers for making our wedding a day we’ll never forget. She made us feel so special and really ensured that the day went as smooth as possible. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and a breath of fresh air - they are extremely lucky to have her and so were we!

Also a special mention to Sean for making sure the day was perfect and for always checking in on us to make sure everything was ok and running to schedule. He’s a real gem and we appreciated his can-do spirit.

We also stayed in both the junior suite and master suite over the weekend we were there, which were an experience in itself. The hot tubs on each balcony are a lovely touch and a welcomed escape from reality.

Thanks so much to St Pierre Park from creating a memory that we will never, ever forget!

It is an amazing hotel, is endowed with a wonderful location, its surroundings are idyllic , absolute tranquility, golf course, lake, tennis courts, gym, spa, . The decor of the hotel is modern mixed with conservative and avant-garde touches.
The food is simply magnificent, the breakfast is a gastronomic orgy, the best without any doubt of all those I have been in. But if there's one thing that stands out to this hotel from everyone else, it's its friendly, Pro staff, dedicated to 200% and always with a smile on their face.
Congratulations to the staff of the St Pierre park hotel 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.

The staff are amazing, nothing is too much of an ask for them. Great spread for breakfast with lots of options. Lovely lake out back with a fountain and a bar terrace to sit in the evening. Great gym and spa facilities including an indoor pool. Would highly recommend this hotel

I recently enjoyed a wonderful spa day at St Pierre Park Hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The day began with a relaxing massage from a lovely therapist, who was not only skilled but also warm and friendly, making the entire session even more enjoyable. Afterward, I had the option to unwind in the steam room, sauna, swimming pool, or hot jacuzzi, which offered the perfect variety for a truly indulgent experience. The delicious lunch that followed was the icing on the cake, rounding off a day of total relaxation. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness and excellent service—everything was top-notch!

We booked well in advance and requested a room in the main building, however on arrival we were put into one of the St Pierre Village rooms as far away from the main building as possible. We were told that we had a room with a balcony which turned out to be wrong. The room itself felt very tired and in need of update. USB charging point did not work, and there were no sheers on the window so passing golfers could see into our room. Windows could be opened but then there was no way of locking them to prevent anyone entering the bedroom which was at ground level. We expected a bit more for the money we spent.

Fabulous stay at St Pierre Park. We are regular visitors to their sister hotel in Jersey and are very glad we tried Guernsey for the 1st time.
Beautiful lake view rooms, highly recommend.
All the staff go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble and none of the staff will ever pass you without a smile or greeting. A massive thanks to Alfred, Sara, Pamela K, Pamela S, Kristina and Fernando.
My son was gutted he was missing the Royal visit by 2 days and was left the sweetest gift in our room which now has pride of place at home.
Thanks for a wonderful trip.

We’ve just returned from our holiday at St Pierre Park hotel in Guernsey. This is a lovely hotel, with beautiful grounds which encourage you to go and take a stroll, particularly around the lake with its impressive fountain. The pool and outside sun deck with hot tub are excellent. We had a deluxe double and the room was very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect, plus some nice chocolates on our arrival and including plenty of room for all our clothes and baggage, which these days isn’t always a given.

We ate in the Terrace bar on a number of occasions during our stay and the food was always very good and nicely presented. As ever all the staff were extremely pleasant and always happy to help, very welcoming and many recalled us from past visits which is always nice. There is a nine hole par 3 golf course attached to the hotel at Golf19, plus adventure golf, which is always a good laugh. The bar and grill there is also very good and a short walk through the grounds and up the hill from the hotel.

Each evening we had a knock on the door from housekeeping, just to ask if we required any top-ups on refreshments and the like for our room which we thought was a nice touch. Normally our experience in other hotels is that it appears that the minimum amount of tea, milk, biscuits etc are provided and those other hotels are not so proactive in looking after guests.

We must mention the reception staff and concierge who were very helpful and also Sara who we saw most days at breakfast, so lovely, bright and a cheerful person who always made you feel better for having met her. Elf (not your real name, but you will know who you are, hope to see you in the green hat again at Christmas), always quick with a quip. And sorry, I can’t remember all the names of those who looked after us in the bar, but must mention Adi, who together with others remembered us from previous visits and also Paul, who was always happy to help, was attentive, always remembered what we liked from the bar, and was always easy to fall into conversation with as we spoke about our day and plans for the rest of our stay. All in all a very enjoyable stay, thank you.

This hotel is Excellent, cannot praise it enough. And the staff all go the extra mile, are so friendly and helpful. All of them speak to you whenever you pass them.
The premises themselves are beautiful, rooms good with balconies of different sizes.
There is an indoor pool with outside Hot tub and sunbathing area. Spa treatments- can recommend Sonia 👌
Hotel on a bus route and near a supermarket.

We have recently returned from a week in Guernsey and stayed for 5 nights at the St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa. Having booked back in April 2024 we decided to treat ourselves to the next level and booked a Junior Suite as this was for my special birthday. However, booking a suite became the whole downfall to this booking. At no point from booking to arrival were we informed that there would be functions playing loud music and loud activity which would cause a disturbance to our stay but this is what we received. The suite itself was fine, I have stayed in hotels where junior suites are much larger but this was sufficient for a room base and the junior suites do come with a jacuzzi on the balcony area which is a communal area but partially sectioned off for each room. Our holiday however was ruined by loud music resulting in us getting very poor if little sleep. The suites are located directly above the function room of this hotel and for almost every night of our stay there were functions held in this hotel. Although we are all for the functions being held, these help towards the upkeep of the hotel immensely but the layout of this hotel is badly thought through. You should never be paying more for your room to upgrade to end up with this type of disturbance for what for us should have been a relaxing holiday. The loud music went on until midnight which thudded through the floor of our room continuously amongst cheering and the shouting of people having a good time. We did complain to the hotel about this and to be fair they attended to this the best that they could. At midnight the noise did not stop however, we then had to endure members of staff moving tables and chairs in preparation for other events the next day. We were lucky to get to sleep by 2am most nights or should I say mornings. With regards to the functions, there was another issue we raised, when guests of functions used the bar area this was often sectioned off so that hotel guests could only use the waiter end of the bar, again not what we expected at the rate we paid to use the facilities of this hotel which should have included full bar access. We felt like second class citizens and pushed out, in fact so much so that we preferred to frequent the local pub about 400mts up the road where at times there was live entertainment. The hotel did not provide any entertainment for guests that we noticed throughout our whole stay. On a finer note, the staff here are all amazing and not once did I find anyone who was not happy to help or positive about their work there. The housekeeping were good and friendly too and I could not fault that service. My advice based on my own experience is DO NOT book a Suite unless you are part of a function arrangement and understand that the music may interfere with your sleep, assuming you will stay in the function until past midnight. The hotel have assured us they will be changing the booking process to take this into consideration for future guest bookings. Our final conclusion = Wish we had never booked a suite and would most likely have had a better holiday in a standard room in a quieter part of the hotel. We finished this holiday feeling like we needed another one.

My girlfriend (now fiancée!) and me travelled to Guernsey for a Christmas break, visiting her family on the island.

The St Pierre Park Hotel has a very positive reputation in Jersey (where we live) so it was a very easy choice for us to make a reservation to enjoy our Christmas stay.

The staff, facilities, and service were all flawless for the duration of our four-night stay.

THE ROOM: The Classic king-size bedroom was lovely. Extremely comfortable bed, a very clean room, large bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the Park's pond/fountain. Can imagine that the balcony would be amazing in the summertime but we didn't spend much time on it in the depths of winter!

BREAKFAST: The buffet style breakfast was superb. Excellent selection of the classic English favourites (sausages, back bacon, hashbrowns) as a great continental selection too. Eggs and special dishes made up on request at no extra cost and were made with perfection every time. Though it is largely a self-service breakfast, there are plenty of staff members on hand for assistance if required.

THE BAR: The Terrace Bar is a beautiful setting to enjoy drinks and/or food any time of the day. We had a lovely late-morning drink in the bar on Christmas Day before heading out to see family for the day. The Terrace Bar was warm and bright with a fantastic festive atmosphere. The staff were all in good spirits and smiling which was lovely to experience. The team also pour a fantastic Guinness, which I thoroughly appreciated!!

SPA: The outdoor jacuzzi was a lovely feature to enjoy at the end of each day, staying open late into the evening. The indoor pool, though on the smaller side, was also a relaxing and tranquil setting in which to refresh any time of the day or evening.

With regrets, we did not have a chance to dine at the Victor Hugo restaurant nor did we schedule a spa treatment due to us being out and about over Christmas. I must admit though that the variety of spa treatments available was great, I had wanted to go for a hot stone massage therapy but simply did not have the chance!! The spa team were brilliant and helpful when I enquired about the treatments.

Lastly, I really want to express my appreciation at seeing the effort the hotel hand gone to to decorate the St Pierre Park for the Christmas period. The trees and lights throughout the hotel were all beautifully decorated and there was a wonderful Christmas atmosphere.

We had a lovely stay at St Pierre Park Hotel and would thoroughly recommend a stay here to all, whether at Christmas or any other time throughout the year. This was the second Christmas that we stayed at a Hand Picked Hotel (previous year staying at L'Horizon Jersey) and we cannot fault our stays in anyway. You simply can't go wrong with a HandPicked Hotel at Christmas!

Just when you think you understood what the definiton of peace and tranquility meant, well that all changed when myself and my mother went to Guernsey and was recommended to go to St Pierre Park Spa Hotel. Honestly I am very much stunned by the high standards of hospitality that was given to us during our stay.
On arrival, several members of the reception team greeted us with warm greeting and it geniunely felt that we were welcomed even before we got aqquainted to our rooms. A list of names including Bridgette who was one of the leading receptionist team at the hotel greeted us with huge amount of warmth and comfort. Ralph who also was part of the reception team asked if we needed help with any luggage and asked us how we were feeling? Small steps of greeting in my book go a long way. We knew that we would feel welcomed and in doing so our start to a peaceful holiday was underway.
During our time in the peaceful and serene environment of the hotel we were blown away by the back gardens of the hotel which enclosed a special water fountain surrounded by beautiful grounds. At night, it was at its most beautiful. Everything from the Spa to the Gym and terrace area - it made one feel well looked after and considering how tough it truly was for us before we went in the holiday mindset it cleared our minds from all stresses back home. The grounds of this beautiful hotel were well maintained and allowed for us to feel a sense of nature was with us. The room service which supported us during the week was second to none. Every member of the room service team greeted us with warm smiles and asking us how we were settling in and how our day was? Makes a big difference when you have someone ask of your wellbeing. Meant alot to myself and my Mum because of this.
The food was beautiful from the simplest starters to the delightful mains. The courses were presented so pristinley. Each meal was as good as the next. When it came to the actual communication between members of staff, everyone was very helpful in getting us to the correct team whenever. The rooms were beautifully maintained, the bathroom was really clean, an opportunity also to allow the first ever time that we have gone on holiday for our 2yr old Springer to accompany us as this was a dog friendly hotel. He enjoyed the room as much as the next guest - he did it also without causing any chaos or damage what so ever. Dogs honestly really do give you great company along the way and in doing so felt relaxed throughout the whole holiday break.
Raj was one of the housekeeper team who every morning would knock on our room door asking if we needed our rooms cleaned and self replenished with teas, waters and other neccessary toiltetries. When it came to the occassion where we needed our rooms replenished and cleaned, he would do so with great care and organisation. He always made us feel very appreciated when the job was done. He certainly loved our 4 legged companion and said that he would very much say that he was one of the most welcoming animals. He is very much a welcoming inclusion from the St Pierre Hotel team.
I unfortunately don't have the greatest memory skills but in all fairness all staff greeted us with equal amounts of respect and hospitality. The Spa was where the final routine of our holiday took place. We were greeted by several approachable and kind ladies who manned the Spa. When it came to the services there, all of the team were kind and respectful of our requirements. Bianca and Eden were responsible for our massages and the quality of service which was given was very high indeed - they were easy to talk to, they calmed us during our treatment and gave us all the more reason to want to return where we would need a repeat of their services.
Overall, the stay at St Pierre was nothing short of a pure joy and sadly time went rather quickly. Dissapointing for us all because we wished that we could enjoy all services for far longer! Thank you to all the team there and even though I haven't listed all names I want to thank you all for making my Mother and I feel well looked after!

The hotel is fine but is located some distance from St. Peter Port. We had their best suite and this came with its own garden and jacuzzi. What wasn't made clear was the lack of privacy as both were overlooked from above. The service from staff was generally good, but the hotel is large and mostly empty even during the summer months and so can feel a little impersonal. My wife and I prefer the Old Government Hotel and I would rate that as the best hotel in the Channel Islands.
