I have not stayed at the St Pierre Park Hotels since Hand Picked Hotel had taken it over. What a different place, it has been up graded and redecorated. The staff deserve a special mention as incredibly polite and helpful.
There is now a delightful small dining room off the bar for dinner with an excellent wine list
The old large dining room opposite the Reception has been upgraded. We had Sunday Lunch there Valentines weekend it had just re opened, a truly delicious lunch, buffet style choices of different roast joints, roast potatoes not from frozen. The dinning room has carpet on the floor so not noisy, damask table clothes and super helpful staff

Just had the most amazing full-body massage with Bianca at St Pierre Park Hotel! From start to finish, it was pure relaxation—she’s incredibly skilled, ensuring the perfect balance of pressure and technique. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. If you’re looking for a top-notch massage, I’d absolutely highly recommend Bianca!

We stayed here for one night. The staff could not have been more cheerful, approachable and helpful.
The rooms were luxurious and the pillows and bed so comfortable, I would have like to stay longer in bed.
There was a coffee maker - pods - sadly in my room (301) it did not work. But the kettle was fine.
The selection of tea and coffee was organic - which I find outstanding.
Bathroom was clean and well equipped, nicely warmed by a towel radiator.
Restaurant wise, the food on the menu looked amazing, on this occasion we went over to Grill 99 across the garden (5 minute walk) next to the golf course.
O my, the food was delicious and so very plentiful. the menu is so extensive, I could eat many a times here without getting bored. They really do have something for everyone.
the grounds are lovely and the hotel itself is marvellous and well placed to get around. Public transport is regular and easy to access.
A spa downstairs caters for the tired and wary (quite pricey though).
Coming to breakfast - I recommend getting out of bed for this one. it is a la carte - to avoid waste - as I was told. I whole heartedly agree and commend that they have the staff to cater for this.

Lovely stay, the service by Sarah,Pamela and Patricia was superb Unfortunately the room let it down. It was dated and the carpet stained. The room safe was on the floor, one had to lie down to get the code! I didn’t mind it was part of my daily exercise😂

What an amazing hotel 😁. We had a fantastic stay all staff were very professional and friendly in all departments. Did have a bad evening on Thursday barman was very unprofessional and so was the manager on duty we were ignored for nearly 25 minutes. Did speak to Bridget on reception on Friday morning before we left and she apologized. I also spoke to Sean the Manager on duty and explained what had happened Thursday evening. He was very nice and a true asset to your hotel. If we come back in the future please have the A team on.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend, returning for the second time with my boyfriend. Having visited this hotel before, as well as other Hand Picked Hotels, we knew we could expect a high standard of service and comfort—and once again, we were not disappointed.
The hotel is quiet, exceptionally tidy, and the rooms are spacious with clean, well maintained bathrooms. We really enjoy the amenities, particularly the well equipped gym and the relaxing spa area, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Breakfast is always delicious and offers a great start to the day.
The location is perfect for us—it’s close to the port and just a short distance from the stunning Cobo Bay in Guernsey. What truly stands out, however, is the staff. From the breakfast team to the reception staff, everyone is incredibly welcoming and polite, always greeting us with a smile. Their customer care really makes the difference, and it is clear they take pride in their work.

I’ve been here a couple of times for lunch, and have recently enjoyed a spa treatment as well. I had a wonderful massage from a professional and friendly massage therapist in a beautiful calming room. They have a lovely ‘relaxation lounge’ that overlooks the fountain where you can sit back and relax after your treatment which has a variety of tea, lemon water, etc., and blueberry muffins which were great! All the staff I encountered were so polite and professional. All facilities looked great

Second time here for work and once again enjoyed my stay.
The service is incredible in every part of the hotel with an excellent level of attentiveness and professionalism.
Breakfast was pretty good - continental range limited and buffet breakfast a little lack lustre.m but all tasty and comparable with similar on the island.
The gym is by far the best hotel gym I’ve experienced - brilliant range of resistance and cardio equipment.
Would definitely come back and 4 stars reflects a good, but not excellent breakfast, and the dated rooms (albeit very clean).

An excellent 5 star experience. Never been before but there was a special room rate offer which made it possible. Lovely room overlooking the gardens on the 2nd floor. A nice touch with a plate with congratulations on our wedding anniversary in the room. Comfortable wide bed with the room immaculate. A splendid cooked breakfast so all round perfect. Very warm and welcoming staff. Nothing too much of an effort for them
We ate an evening meal in the hotel which was delicious. A real aroma of tastes! The gap between courses was long around 30 minutes however due to this happening the bill was reduced a bit without me having to ask. I found this response professional and done immediately. Hence the 5 star review remains. Full marks to Handpicked for an excellent hotel and experience!🥳😊

Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast service excellent. Dinner not such good organisation or attention. Pleasant suite with lots of space, choice of pillows, loads of towels, kitchenette, patio garden with hot tub. We also arrived to lovely welcome of fruit and chocs, towels shaped as swans and heart with petals (for our anniversary). Pleasant grounds with lake. Unfortunately we prefer to be in a country or coastal setting and this is off a busy road in a built up area.

Our main liaison for our corporate event was Bronwyn, who was faultless throughout the process. Particularly in the lead up and the answering of many, many questions.
Bronwyn consistently went above and beyond, helping to guide us and keeping things calm and cool.
It was especially impressive given that she was so fresh into the job, and had to juggle training other new staff members as well as managing a lot of other big events simultaneously. You would have never known - and the team were always friendly and professional.
The feedback from our event was overwhelmingly positive and on the day all the St. Pierre Park staff went the extra mile to help make it a success. Bronwyn made herself available on the day and spent time in the event to ensure we had everything we needed.
We plan to continue our yearly event at St. Pierre Park due to the top customer service.

Great place ,stayed here before n the buffet breakfast was what swayed us to stay here again BUT this time no buffet breakfast was told I had to ask what I wanted , I have to say the breakfast was rubbish ,I asked for white toast n I got brown ? I asked for soft fried eggs and got hard ? The beans were warm ,the tea was disgusting, the bacon was cheap n really salty . other than these negatives the hotel was clean n the bed comfortable. Was so disappointed about the breakfast on our second morning we went down to premier inn for a fantastic BUFFET breakfast at a fraction of the cost at hotel .

Firstly, all the positives but, unfortunately ending with a negative. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist. Booking in was very easy and I was given a map of the island and a booklet of things to see and do. My room is very clean and spacious with a queen size bed, furniture, sufficient storage, lovely bathroom with bath/shower and complimentary bathroom items. Kettle, tea, coffee milk etc are also in the room. Balcony with 2 chairs and a table. LG tv with remote. Everyone is helpful, friendly, efficient and courteous, from the restaurant staff, bar staff and housekeeping. Choice of food is extensive for breakfast and dinner. None of this buffet stuff, it is all table service . Well equipped bar with bar meals which are excellent. However, I do have a negative. I have a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. There is also a 9 hole golf course close to the hotel with driving range and putting green. The downside is that I am not allowed to have a cigarette on the balcony. If I do, I will be subject to a £100 fine. I feel that this is a violation of my human rights and that the hotel is prejudiced against smokers. Throughout my travels around the world, with my late wife and now just myself, we/I always had/have a room with a balcony. On that balcony there were 2 chairs, a table and an ashtray. When I had a cigarette, I ensured that the doors were closed to avoid the smell of the smoke entering the bedroom. I have never smoked in the house, always outside in a separate building. As stated, the positives outweigh the negative but I still feel aggrieved that we, as smokers, are being victimised. Overall, an enjoyable stay but that one thing is why I awarded 4 stars on my review.

I can honestly say that this was the best hotel we have stayed at. We had a suite which was really fabulous. The bed was enormous and comfortable. The staff were excellent, the food was brilliant, the pool was perfect and never crowded. The bus stops just outside the hotel to get into town although we walked in a lot too....takes about 25 minutes. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel or Guernsey itself!
