This class is perfect for mums ready for a little comfortable movement and recovery after having a baby.
We will use gentle positions, supporting your body to move mindfully and building stability, flexibility and strength.
Babies are welcome to join and there is space and time to get babies involved if they are willing, if they are already on the move the room is safe and contained to enable them to do their own thing and you to enjoy your yoga.
We will take time for relaxation and exploring easy methods of mindfulness with a little one in tow.
Classes are limited to 6 mums, and run on a Tuesday afternoon 1-2pm with Ashley from Lotus Lessons who will be happy to answer any of your questions before or during classes.
£10 per class or mulitple class tickets availble at a reduced rate.
Classes are on during term times only.
