FULL BODY WORKOUT / EASY FIT: Is an all over body conditioning class. Our aim is to improve posture, strength, mobility and balance. Every class starts with a gentle warm-up for all your major joints before moving on to exercises using things from your home. Each class ends with a gentle stretch to help improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness. We encourage you to workout at your own pace, in a friendly, uncompetitive way. Regular physical activity is important for so many reasons – not only will your health improve, but you’ll also meet new people.
