Office manager;  Administration, ops, accounts and HR support for three family-owned businesses. 

Eastbourne based role - 3 days a week £17 per hour

A new position as the deputy to current ops/finance manager and ultimately the cover when they are out of the business

  1. A SAGE bookkeeper/accountant who can assist the manager through the accounting process up to and including the preparation of Management Accounts. 
  2. A good understanding of VAT is essential, ideally, someone who has previously had responsibility for filing returns to HMRC.
  3. Microsoft office (outlook/word and excel in the main). 
  4. Adept excel user (data for most reports is exported into excel and worked on from there) so a good solid working knowledge of the upmost importance.  
  5. Admin – letter writing, form-filling, report writing, data collation, data checking etc.
  6. HR admin - someone who will be happy to help me maintain HR records – therefore some experience in HR or HR admin would be really helpful too.

The role would be based at our offices in Hampden Park ideally Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but we are able to be flexible regarding working hours.
