i really like the product ,fast shipment but in the future i would to see more picture of the product including the inside of the product so i can get a better view on the type of product and material using .

I often get frustrated with on-line retailers taking an inexplicably long time between receiving my order, to them getting around to sticking it in the snail-post. Notwithstanding stock issues, it seems unecceptable these days for customers to wait days for someone to get around to sorting their order out.
Not the case with Urban Industry though - order placed Thursday afternoon.....delivered by courier Friday morning! Fan-bloody-tastic.
And the choice of items on the website, and the various search options is great - by brand, by category etc. all good.

What's refreshing about Urban Industry is how consistently they keep updating their varied and desirable selection of clothing, and if you like their Facebook page they'll post as soon as they have new products in store. The website has an easy to use layout without any smoke and mirrors with additional pricing, delivery etc. (what you see is what you get). Delivery is swift, I was eligible for free delivery in one order and to my surprise it arrived the next day. If I have a bit of disposable income Urban industry is the first website I tap in.....ahead of Flatspot hardcloud and even Asos.

Great service, quick delivery, good prices! I have ordered vans from urban industry twice now and have not encountered any problems.
The box they ship the order in says thanks on the top with what I assume is all the staffs signatures. This is a nice personal touch.

Urban industry were the only online store who had the trainers I wanted in a 10.5. Their website was really easy to use, I received regular notifications about my order via email and when the product arrived it was in perfect condition. Free postage too. The only thing I would change is that I don't think its necessary to have quite so much packaging. Putting a cardboard box inside a cardboard isn't very environmentally friendly and I would have chosen to just have one box I'd I'd had the option. Thanks!

Urban has all the brands that i support and the prices don't take the Micheal. My recent order went perfectly even after I had chosen the wrong shipping address. Many thanks UI! My only recommendation, not a gripe, would be to look at some more US brands like Play Clothes and Black Scale cause they have been killin' it recently.

Very dependable service in terms of delivery and communications. My only gripe is that the t-shirt that I ordered was from the same range as a previous order, only in a different colour. But the item delivered looks different. The material has a different finish and the cuffs and collar are thicker. I didn't complain and send it back because it was a cheap t-shirt (£7) so not worth paying the £2.55 delivery to get it switched.
Other than that I cannot fault these guys and despite this one blip I will continue to shop with them.

I returned from work one day, my son said Mum can you get me these - almost fluorescent footwear, he was rushing out the door so I ordered, it was quite late but they turned up not the day after ordering but the day after that. Excellent service, my son was well happy, so that makes me happy. Thank you urbanindustry team, keep up the good work.

Urban industry has a massive range of great urban and skating brands with loads of top looking fresh clothes, usually at RRP commonly also cheaper than the other leading urban clothing companys! Great customer service and offers all year round. My only compliant is sometimes the photos on the website are very slightly different in colour to what you actually get (purple is often navy/dark blue etc) but not always! And even when this has happened to me I've still loved the clothes. But I also had the option of a refund. So overall the best site with great prices and the best clothes!
