I love Urban Industry's range of quality slightly left-field functional apparel especially jackets by labels like Stan Ray,
Uskees, Universal Works etc which are just low-key enough for an old ex-post-punker like me to get away with and still feel authentic. Great stuff

Ordered a pair of boots one size down according to the manufacturer recommendation. However, in my case, this was poor advice and the boots I received were to small. Contacted Customer Service and received an apology. I read the returns policy and opted to exchange the boots for the correct size. Very pleased to receive a new pair of boots 24 hours later! Very happy with the outcome and the immediate response from the Customer Service team. Well done.
