I go here every day to drop my parcels off. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful so it is always a pleasure to go to paperlane. I am really pleased that this is now my local post office and the shop is also full of most things anyone could need (except tandoori paste🤔)<br>5 stars.

The convenience store is freshly refurbished and it is very spacious, bright lights so it feels safer and the manager was super polite!

Today i used the newly opened Post Office and the gentleman there went above and beyond. I went in with a problem which he helped with but my information to him was incorrect and after other visits to other post offices, with no help from them, my son went back later and between them they sorted it out. Thank you, my parcel is now finally on its way

Just went to the convenience section of the store and the best for all your authentic Indian cooking cuisine. I was in heaven as there is a lot of variety and all fresh. Great for South Indian cooking as well as north.

I needed to return an item to Amazon and was surprised to find out about a service I hadn't heard of before called Amazon no box required and even better that I could drop the package off at Paperlane. The shop assistant was great, really helpful, friendly, efficient. The whole process was so quick and easy. Will definitely be using this service again.

When we moved to the area 10 yrs ago because its facade we didn't realise for some time that it was a newsagent. Once we did we became regular customers because 9f the service we received from the owners & staff.Everythi g was great until eventually the owners decided to sell the business. The new owners decided to increase their prices and scale down the number of staff they employed. It was a disaster but thankfully it was only owned by them before they decided to sell it. Now due to the owner Mario investing his time & money the shop is once again a delight to visit. His staff Mark , Bev & Josey are the ones I seemed to get served by when I visit & they are always welcoming & helpful. Along with Mario they could not work any harder and the results of all their hard work is its once again a delight to visit. Ted

I've order 2 lots of separate balloons and both have lasted along time . . Lastest one was on 24 March for an 80th and both balloons are still as purchase . . Very helpful and great service . . Thank you
