Spent last eve in the lower deck with my family to celebrate a special birthday. A little room adjoining the pub overlooking Dell Quay.
It was the most wonderful setting and Tom and his colleagues looked after us so well - they were brilliant.
Considering how far it is not joined to the bar and kitchen, we never in the whole evening had to wait for service for drinks or food.
It was a special occasion not only made special by the occasion itself and my family but made even more so by the staff, in particular Tom and his colleagues, the venue itself, the food and the wine.
Highly recommended.

We came here for dinner on a weekend away and it exceeded our expectations by far. Every single staff member is friendly, helpful and do their upmost to please customers. The food was out of this world for pub grub and a bonus that there was a singer on, who was so good we took a card for our wedding and booked again for our second night here. Also friendly bouncers who clearly only let people in that are decent as the atmosphere is lovely and lively!

Food was lovely, but too big a portion. We all left some, which was a shame. The guy who served us was rushing round getting everyone sorted. Would definitely recommend. We had chilli con carni, a mac n cheese and Pork belly.

Popped in here for lunch and a lager. Nice friendly and helpful staff. My food, ham egg and chips with a small salad dressing was very tasty and nicely presented. Nice interior and quite a lot of other people inside eating and drinking.

During our stay in Eastbourne we were so pleased to discover this pub! The food was absolutely gorgeous, they catered for my gluten free diet and made a fuss of our dog, which she loved!! We definitely recommend this place.

I took a party of six here for lunch, we found the staff very polite and helpful, having placed our orders it was nit long before the food and drinks arrived.
