Amazing modern and yet classic design. Fantastic customer service!
Chatfields helped us with an engagement ring, engagement watch and two wedding bands, as well as presents for our groomsmen for our wedding last year. The service was fantastic and the staff were so welcoming and positive. We would highly recommend Chatfields and already have done! We will definitely be heading there the next time we need a jewellers.

i love Chatfields! The staff are friendly and genuine. The shop's layout is great, all the displays are clean and not cramped. i feel there is a lot to choose from and the staff offer great service without being pushy- a big plus in my book!!

Amazing jewellers. Friendly staff and excellent service, made our wedding day perfect with a custom designed wedding band to fit the engagement ring also purchased from them. They also provided our custom engraved wedding gifts for the wedding party with an awkward request of mandarin engraving on one of the items. Couldn't thank them enough for making our wedding preparations so easy and enjoyable. Would and have recommend them to anyone looking for an expert friendly jeweller that can provide a personal service to each and every person. Thank you chatfields you deserve to win.

Chatfields Jewellers offers a fantastic personalised service to customers. It has an excellent range of watches and jewellery and the staff are very pleasant and well informed.

I believe that Chatfields has created such a great impact within the town in such a short space of time, both physically and from a networking point of view, they have worked extremely hard to achieve this. I am always greeted with friendly smiling staff who have helped me decide and choose gifts that are perfect for the criteria given - they are very knowledgeable, helpful and confident and its always a pleasure to spend time in their shop.
