This is a really lovely shop and a great way to get something a bit different but affordable; I've bought 4 pairs of earrings over the last 12 months and each time the service is brilliant- I've got my eye on the next pair already!!

I must compliment Chatfields' staff on their outstanding customer service. Last week we visited the Eastbourne shop looking for a particular type of watch. The assistant dealing with us spent time checking exactly what was available from their suppliers before I reluctantly had to accept that I would have to shop elsewhere, as what I wanted could not be ordered from them. We left the shop happy that we had been given the best advice possible. Today I was rather embarrassed to return to the shop, with the item I had eventually purchased elsewhere, as it needed adjustment. Chatfields again surprised us with their immediate and friendly service, and readily agreed to make the adjustment, with a very small charge. Customer service is very often the last thing retailers consider, but at Chatfields it seems to be the first thing!

This is a beautiful shop. The staff are so lovely and helpful, they exchanged a bracelet which I had bought for my daughters 40th birthday when the link broke. I was amazed at their kindness. They definitely deserve to win.

Myself and my partner had been looking for our wedding bands for some while when we discovered Chatfields Jewellers in Eastbourne. The staff were so friendly and full of knowledge it made us feel really confident with our purchase (buying wedding bands for us was a big deal)! We didn't feel pressured, rushed or 'a nuisance'. The experience was special and something we won't forget for many years to come! Couldn't recommend Chatfields more highly to anyone wanting to make a special purchase!

In the Eastbourne store, I was welcomed so gracefully, I was given great advice about the Dkny watch I was purchasing for my mum, the price was so reasonable! The best thing is for my 18th birthday years ago I was given a designer watch which was NOT bought from here!! But is a very well know store and has gone from rose gold to silver.. Where my mothers is still in perfect intact! I highly recommend Chatfields, if you want great helpful customer service, great prices, and glamorous jewellery!
