Fantastic from Start to Finish. They have been so patient after many many weeks of back and forth designing an engagement ring from scratch! Walked in with no idea of what I needed and ended up with a stunning ring! Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you to all of the team for their patience and hard work!

A great experience. Alex helped me design the engagement ring I proposed with. She sourced the emerald cut diamond I wanted, the shoulder diamonds and sapphires and kept me informed all the way through the process of having it hand made. Recently bought a few lovely pieces of jewellery in store and was delighted with the expetional customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. An item I wanted was out of stock and was very pleased with the quick delivery. Would highly recommended this jewellers.

I had the engagement ring for my wife designed and made by Chatfield’s, they really helped me understand what to think about as I was buying it in secret for my (future) wife. She loved thankfully! So good was the service we went back for our wedding rings despite not living the area. They helped me replicate a 12-sided wedding ring to replace my grandads that I was planning to us but had got stolen years before. Not an easy job but they have a great contacts base to have it made especially. Great service!

My wife and I took in a damaged chain to see if it could be repaired. Hannah was most helpful and effected the repair at very little cost. We were very impressed, especially as the repair was done within 30 minutes. Many thanks for excellent, friendly service.

I was looking for a 21st birthday present for my grandson. Jan Harman the shop assistant was excellent. There were no men's rings in the shop that i liked, so she brought out a catalogue she said " If there is a ring that i like , she would order it for me to view " It was just what i was looking for. Because of Jan's excellent customer service i purchased the ring and so doing, saved me a trip into Brighton. That would have been my next step.Thank you Jan

Chat fields is my ‘go to’ for jewellery, I was very disappointed when the business moved from Seaford, where I live, to Eastbourne but I still opt to visit them there rather than go to a closer business. The staff are welcoming and helpful, don't use aggressive selling techniques and there is a huge choice of lovely items available. For repairs and maintenance Chatfields is quick, reliable and efficient.
